Every time I go in there the staff does something crazy. A few weeks ago I ordered a sandwich through the kiosk and they gave it to someone else that person took it to their car opened it up took it apart and seen it was the wrong sandwich and brought it back in and the person behind the counter put it back together and attempted to hand it to me. I told her she was crazy if she thinks that would be acceptable I told her if the health department seen her doing that they would get shut down that is dangerous. A day before yesterday I was being over charged by eight dollars the cashier tried his best to convince me that four items at four dollars each comes out to $ 26.00 I told him it is not correct. The manager stepped in the conversation and offered me a two dollar discount and for me to only overpay by six dollars. I told him I don't want any discount and they need to learn how to do simple math and charge me the correct amount.

They are giving Thornton's a run for their money!!!! Along with all the other gas stations EVERYWHERE!!!! I live in Kane County and gas was literally $1 more! Nope... I'll be gassing up right out here!!!! I'm always in the area anyway. The employees I've encountered have been nice too. I haven't been inside so I can't rate the food or bathrooms, but it's the gas prices for me!!!! They came in the game STRONG! I hope this continues for atleast 6 months or more. Lol

After several times of standing inside with the debit card while my dad or my husband pumped the gas (we were doing this because the bank had traced fraud to a likely breach at the pump) today I was double teamed by the rudest people who told me that this was only permitted for trucks. Once is enough for me. Screw this place. They refused to hold cash either. Screw this place.

Gas pumps are disgusting they use to keep them clean. Now they don't. Also staff is chewing gum while making sandwiches. When they first open everything was well kept. Bathrooms nasty.

I've officially visited all the QTs in the Chicagoland area. I'm surprised they've been putting these gas stations in such odd locations that are kind of " bad for business" but this location is bustling and is holding up to the QT standard, everything is clean, always people here. Great selection of food and drinks at great prices. Staff is friendly. Easy access to the roads and highway to deal with the burden of traffic. Great location

The slushes are delicious I got the mango and blue raspberry. It was delicious and it made my tongue blue. They were extremely sweet! We also got a corndog, a brisket sandwich and buffalo chicken bite. The corndog and chicken bite were super super terrible. The brisket sandwich was decent. It was the size of a slider and cost almost $6. My coworker recommended we stop in and see what they had to offer. Glad we stopped in and might make other occasional trips to try more smoothie flavors i.e. Tiger's Blood!
