Loved that I was acknowledged immediately at the drive-thru. Plenty of parking and the restaurant looked nice from the outside. The reason I decided to review was they had the jingle play when I drove up to the speaker which sets them apart. The service was AWESOMETASTIC with a smile. If I'm in Oak Park, this is my Burger King for the Impossible Whopper! Annnnd my food was hot off the grill as I requested!

The craving for an impossible whopper led me to this location which sits on a route I frequently drive. I must say that the drive-thru has the oddest placement off of Wesley Ave which could turn into a disaster in my opinion if ever congested, trickling onto Roosevelt Rd. But unfortunately, Burger King does not have that problem because seldom is it congested at its locations. One thing for sure is, I can always count on there being an empty drive-thru at Burger King in comparison to a McDonald's, tehehe. I was acknowledged as soon as I drove up to the menu display to place my order. And as I visited for, I ordered an impossible whopper with medium french fries, and a bottle of water. There was a misunderstanding with my order. I ordered no cheese on my impossible whopper, but the employee working the drive-thru misunderstood that and gave me a double order of cheese. I took it as no big of a deal and I did not get my panties all in a bunch because it was the least of my worries. I could not resist eating the medium french fries while enroute to my destination. Burger King never dissatisfies me when it comes to its fries because they are always fresh and satisfying! Once I got in from my drive, I enjoyed the impossible whopper which was satisfying as expected. It is crazy how I once was not keen of it, but as the time went on it grew on me becoming one of my go-to alternatives. Being that I had a good experience, I would more than likely re-visit this Burger King again if I get the craving for any of my favorite items on their menu. I went to the drive thru this morning, I paid, got my drink, then the girl told me to move up and park and they'll bring out the food. I don't do that, I've been burned too many times in the morning from doing that. They forget about you and take 15 minutes to bring you your order. So after saying no, the girl didn't like that. She called me ignorant, she recorded me saying that she wanted to show her managers why their times were long because this lady won't park. I was like girl...you're prolonging your own time by doing all this. This was just an interaction from God telling me to stop eating Burger King. I didn't trust the food so I wasted my money after the lil girl called me "ignorant as fuck" She probably can't even spell ignorant, but ok lil girl, you got it. You got this yelp and corporate complaint too.

I tried to give them another chance. I placed an online order. I had to wait over 30 minutes after first being told I must be at the wrongcstore. I wasn't. I proved my order, then had to wait over 30 minutes, when I got home it was wrong. I contacted corporate. All they offered was a $3 coupon, which I told them to keep. I won't be going back.

The first time I went there was pretty decent. Clean tables, clean chairs. I ordered a whopper and it was great. Customer service was decent too; they were kind with me.

Very disrespectful! My elderly parents came in today and place two orders. When my parents asked for an extra bbq sauce(one was only given for two orders) the worker with the multi colored braids told my parents don't come to Chicago looking for a hand out we pay taxes here.

Went to this BK around 7.15 tonight Only one person working counter and drive thru. The person before me didn't want to wait any longer and walked out.I waited at least 15 minutes before I was told " We don't have that! We're out of it! "It was a new special offer ". 2 Double double BaconCheeseburgers and ChickenFries for $6. If they were out they should have hung a sign. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! This BK has been heading downhill for awhile now. Truly sad because it use to be good!!!

OSHA will be shutting you guys down soon . Who is in charge of the hiring process? bringing in a "new" manager that doesn't know how to manage and is more disrespectful than the other manger that got fired . She hasn't even been there 30 days yet.. I've been coming to this location for years , not for the service or food but to see when will it go out of business.. From the management to the regular employees , I'm not sure who is worse . The only person at this location that shows management material is Zarious hands down. He is polite, he runs the place with TLC . Amazing at doing his job. He is great; very consistent. We are all rooting for you Zarious no doubt . Also Isnt it illegal to hire only Spanish speaking people? this is America , you see them on there phone translating non-stop in front of all of us, poor service . That's why all of our order are wrong not good communication,more than half the people in there speaks Spanish. so unfair ...You deserve no stars ..
