This location reopened about a year ago under new management. New management has run it into the ground. My sub was not good, tables dirty and they charged me .35 cents for tap water? WTF. Also, no greeting from unfriendly employee when I walked in I knew I should have stuck to the other Berwyn location on Ogden. This location will probably close again soon

This location is under new management and you'll see the difference as soon as you walk through the door. It's cleaner, brighter and doesn't smell like spoiled food like before. I ordered my sub and it even looked better than before everything looked fresh and very tasty. After one bite I now see what I've been missing in a great tasting sub. My advice go and try for yourself you won't be disappointed. I'm very glad I did and I'll be back as often as possible.

Stop in Sunday to get a Sub and a guy sitting in the lobby on his cell phone jumped up and said what can I get you. I ordered and he started to make it. I asked him if he could wash his hands because he was just typing on his phone. He said my hands are clean I informed him you were on your phone. He refused to wash his hands. I asked him where is the old guy thats aways here, he angrily said I am the owner now. I been buying here for 15 years. Never again!

The guy in this Mr. Sub (I think it's just this one guy...all the time), works harder than anyone at any 'real' Sub-Shop than I've ever seen. (I won't even mention those pre-fab suck-holes...Quiznos or Subway) He makes every sub as if HE was the one that was going to be eating it. He puts a lot of care & Love into every sandwich he makes, and it really shows! An Italian 12" with a cup of Giardinere on the side (no extra $), and you're really good to go! Might as well order 2 or 3, because they're so damn good, you'll want another one 4 or 5 hours afterward! God Bless a local, genuine Sub Shop that is NOT a Subway, or a Quiznos! Peace...MJ

App never let me know when order was on its way. Amazon made a delivery and rang my bell food had been sitting on porch and was cold i ordered hot subs. Food was good after it was warmed up. Not sure why delivery person didn't even ring the bell i later looked at cameras to find the delivery guy just dropped it on porch food was sitting there for almost 20 minutes. But again the saNdwiches were good and better than any subway sandwich by far. Otherwise 3.5 to 4 stars

First time I've finally got to try a Mr. Submarine and wow... tasty. Went there with my aunt for a bite since we were in the area. The restaurant was pretty clean over all. I think the only reason it might *seem* a bit dingy is because the building looks like it's been around for a while. Didn't stop us from walking in though. Since I've never been to a Mr. Submarine before I just got the sub with the name on it... I figure ya can't go wrong with that. The Mr. Submarine was delicious, just the right amount of everything on it. Bread was good, nothin fancy or anything but, nice 'n soft with good texture. I got to try some of the Tuna Sub, also pretty good too. Oh there's also some Arcade games - Cruisin' the World, The Simpsons and a Monopoly Pinball game too. I think the only issue I can see with this place is the building... it's old, dingy, needs a facelift but, other than that I like it.
