This was a carry-out order and we went in blind, just to try it out. As we walked in we noticed the charming set-up, wished we had time to sit down and relax while eating. Ordering was easy and the recommendations were spot on. Hey, did I mention that they have outdoor seating... Yes, they do. Again, wished we could've sat there to enjoy our meals. Normally I would have photos for you but we were hungry that day. The food was delicious! We had a cheeseburger, some chicken wings and some fries. I felt my juicy burger was cooked and prepared perfectly. I tasted their wings and yes it was well cooked and seasoned. By the way, they have several selection for your fries, sides. Well worth the try and hope to visit them again.

Service was amazing! The staff is great! HOWEVER some of the wings were frozen cold! the potato wedges tasted old. When I mentioned it to my friends they also had the same thing happen with their wings when they ate at this location. It's a great place they just gotta do better with the food before someone gets sick. Also they need to update their bathrooms!

Loaded tots! Amazing! Wings are also just as good as other Output locations. I loved the staff that we interacted with even though you can tell everyone staff wise is still getting the hang of things. Scotch Bonnet Avocado is also a very very good wing sauce. I wasn't expecting the sauce to be as flavorful as it actually was. Also grabbed some Fire flavor wings to kick it up even more! If you like heat like I do, this place is a solid choice.

I got an order for takeout but while I waited the ambiance was real chill.They had all the games on the many big screens all throughout the restaurant. Got my wings Togo but when I got them home they were very good. I most definitely will be back to catch a game and have some more wings

As much as I tried loving this place this is my 4th time here. It's going to need some love and attention. The only good thing from the food menu is the wings and the breaded shrimp. Everything we ordered was cold on the way out. The music is super loud, the waitresses are just there. The host doesn't even seem to care with her headphones on and sitting down.. in my opinion that is not the correct way to represent an establishment! Not sure what vibe they were going for but it doesn't feel like a restaurant in there.

I have to say - I was impressed. We came here last night with the Berwyn Running Group. The food was incredible and the beers were cold. It was absolutely crowded for a Thursday. We were so surprised on a weeknight that it was so crowded and we probably brought an additional 25 to 30 people from the Berwyn Running Group. My husband and I split a hamburger and an order of wings and everything was really really good. Everyone had a great time.

If I could give it zero stars, I would I gave this place a second chance and they ruined it. The first time I waited 10 minutes to get seated not bad then I waited 30 minutes for my waitress to take my order. I came in tonight to give it another shot and I told one of the servers about the experience I had last time and the bald waiter he said are you sure you want service like wtf . I walked out wasted time lost service on your end. Get better help, you lost money tonight I went to the garage down the street 10 out of 10.

Third time here and eh, nothing to rave about. We come for the traditional wings as everybody does. The other location is also ok. Unfortunately, most of our food is warm/not hot. I see others have complained about this. Our fried pickles were drenched in oil, we did not eat them. We also previously tried their burgers and they're very filling, but not cooked as asked. Ranch/blue cheese shouldn't be charged extra but they do for 0.75 each.. tables are super small, music is very loud, service is subpar, prices are average. We spent $350+ on one tab with drinks. We will probably be back but they can definitely use lots of improvement all over.

I have been to the Chicago location many times and sometimes, let's be honest, the wait was too long. I was so excited when I found out Output was going to open a location in my town of Berwyn! I went to their soft opening with my kids plus their gf/bf and and they were very accommodating in finding a table for all 5 of us. We ordered 30 wings, bone in and boneless (my fav), the breaded pickles, mini sliders (delicious!), fries, and a few drinks. Everything was delicious. The boneless wings were huge and delicious with the original hot sauce. Drinks were good. They have a lot of TVs on the walls to watch sports or whatever, and of course the people watching was fun. Service was great! Definitely will return.
