The worse thing this chain coukd have done was 'pre cooking their burgers, placing them in a pan containing a liquid that when ordered, one is lifted and some of the liuid slung off placing it in the bun which IF one looked at it, could see a black burnt substance over the bun and wreaking of having been grilled on a dirty burnt oily surface that is then slathered with condiments to try concealing the poor quality. McDonald needs to return to what made them stand out and cease engaging in practices that lowers the 'quality of their services in an attempting to increase theur market share, lose loyal customers and damage their own reputation. Customers would rather wait the few additional minutes it takes to buy a "healthy, clean and enjoyable product". McDonald's survival hinges on parents continuation of buying Happy Meals, Big Mac's, fries and drinks as quick meals that should not be acceptable offering sub par food. More adults are buying less. That was revealed a few years earlier when their salads and side salads, etc were removed, thus offering NO meal alternative(s). If McDonalds doesnt listen to their consumers, and make some changes we may see yet another Burger chain fall into the history books.

Absolutely one of thee worst McDonald's EVER! Spare yourself the frustration if you want to go pick up some breakfast in the morning. The tall, young, guy that works there early in the morning has terrible customer service. He will literally make cars sit and wait until he finally decide to take their order. To be honest, he doesn't need to be there because he doesn't take his role serious enough. Very immature! Don't let me get started on the lines are always jammed back, always! The wait is even longer! The food isn't always the greatest either. It's a shame how they can't even get something as simple as making coffee right. Ugh they will hire the worst. I also noticed how they never have inside in the morning time open, when I go to McDonald's in other areas, their inside is open, but why aren't they open at the McDonald's in Calumet Park? Corporate needs to stop by and rehire a brand new crew, especially in the morning time.

I just can't quit you! I have a serious love hate hate hate love hate relationship with Micky D. I love the fries and burgers, but f*cking hate everything else about them. This particular location is a perfect example of bad service. Haven't been inside this one before, always gone through the drive through, which in itself is a pain in the ass due to the wait. But me and The Queen needed to use the bathroom before hitting the road. We were surprised to see that they had the kiosk where you could place your order. That went really well. DIdn't take a long time to get the food. It was hot but it was wrong. Order 10 pieces of buttermilk chicken tenders, no sauce and got a container full of chicken and sauce. The double burger I ordered was at the bottom of the bag and not wrapped in paper. Looked like they threw the paper in the bag and then put the burger on top of it. But it was hot. Made The Queen go back in and get the right chicken order and a fresh burger. They are getting two stars only because the food was hot and tasty, but Micky D University needs to train these folks on how to properly wrap food and place it in a bag.

I have went to this a couple of times and I will never come back to it . My first time coming to this mc Donald's a man was outside peeing on the voice box thing and this was like at 9 sum at night! My second time I almost got snatched coming out of the mc Donald's by this two men in a truck that was sitting in the parking lot, thankfully my friend was with me. Since than I haven't been back but please be aware of your surroundings especially if u are coming to this mc Donald's at night !!

Ordered a ice caramel mocha asked to pull up at the 2nd window & they forgot about me for at least 10mins. Went in to see what's taking so long and the manager looks up & instantly apologize as I'm asking her what is taking so long for a drink. She starts making it & gives me no size up just an apology nothing for my wait. Which was such an inconvenience with no common courtesy. Good Customer Service is hard to find. Definitely not at this McDonalds. Do better Management!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, the fact that I can't give this place zero stars makes me so angry. Got sent to the 2nd window in the drive thru and waited for over 15 minutes while car after car came and went. Eventually had to reverse back to the first window and was given the most unsympathetic apology I've ever received for being forgotten about, and this isn't even the first time this has happened either! Not to mention there are people begging for money at every corner of this building. The level of ignorance and poor work ethic displayed at this establishment on a daily basis is appalling.

Placed simple order, cheeseburger happy meal and jalapeños double cheeseburger. Cashier repeated order correctly. I received food at next window. Instead of jalapeño double cheese burger, air received a dry jalapeño chicken sandwich. The fries in the happy meal were cold and undercooked. I will never go to the calumet park location again. I was advised I can bring the food back for correction or refund. I told them I would complete a Yelp review instead

I wish I can give them a 0 seriously all they care about is pushing you off the clock. At night it is worst the employees are rude as hell. I just stopped by because my 5 year old wanted an apple pie and they gave me 3 cold ass apple pies that say expire 11:30. It is 8:30 and these pies are ice cold, I asked for fresher pies and I was told to pull up for 30 minutes???? They went to the side and started talking crap about me so I asked for a refund. No one apologize until I told them to throw all those damn pies away before someone is ill. The manager than say I'm sorry, your sorry I got loud and brung those cold pies back to you that's it! Close this place down before someone dies. Yes

It's a McDonald's, not the best but certainly not the worst of the bunch. Still seems like it should have a big more as far as friendlier employees. I found them to be very dry when it came to ordering. "Can I take your order" (In a Good Burger Movie tone). But with attitude. Not the kind of place (fast food) I would ever frequent at all. I am not a fast food junkie so the chance that I came here was very slim. But when you do feel like eating fast food, come on be friendlier and cordial when taking my order. After all, back in the day, I started at McDonalds working for a mere $3.35 an hour and I do recall I was extremely friendly. But now it seems like workers feel that you owe them something. Ummm, like a tip. Okay, well today I am in a good mood, I will give you a tip: Stay in school and get a better job.
