Stopped in for a quick bite after getting my hair refreshed at King Tut's about 2 doors down. The ambiance did not offer much, a few tables to eat at if you would like to eat in, but the sitting area was a little chilly in my opinion. For the most part this is more of a grab your food & go type establishment so the tables are a nice addition to cater to patrons as they wait for orders. Service was quick & friendly the gentleman who took my order was very open with the recommendations and I landed on the shrimp dinner after being advised red snapper was not available. The food overall was delicious, perfect spice & seasoning. There were some slight missteps ( cabbage was over cooked so leaning towards the mushy side & the shrimp were a tad bit overcooked as well so not as juicy as I would've liked). These were all minor when looking at the overall meal and amount of food provided. I would definitely stop in again & give other options on the menu a try.

Food is served catering style. What got me is they plate your food and microwave it so it's hot. When I came in the gentleman was eating and when I placed my order he immediately starts to plate without gloves or washing his hands. He did put them on when asked but I feel like that goes without saying. It's common sense to have proper hygiene and food safety as a restaurant. Nice space but the food service is terrible. First and last time eating at this place

This is the third time I got Wings from this place. the first time the wing was fresh and pretty good. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL. Unprofessional not courtesy or friendly Second time. same thing with CUSTOMER SERVICE not Professional BUT #2 the wings was BURNT GIVING THEM THE benefits of doubt. when with a hope and prayer the wings would be like the first time. NEGATIVE. THEY WEAR OLD HARD AND BURNT!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR HOOD FOOD

Poor customer service. I ordered a whole chicken and that comes with bread and sauce; they gave me a slice of bread and one tiny sauce the amount that comes with a quarter. Never again. I'll stick with where I been going for jerk

This is my second time ordering from this restaurant. 1st time the food was great except for I ordered plantains and received cams. Ok maybe a mistake. So I ordered again today and what do you know I got yams again. I called the store and asked if they had plantains he says no yams. I asked if they don't have plantains could they take if off menu. I was told just don't order plantains anymore
