This location has become a joke! Let's start with the Coke multi flavored self serve machine, you are lucky to have about six choices. And this is not an isolated incident, it's always in this condition. And for some reason all the straws, lids, and condiments have moved to behind the counter. You have to ask for everything, from the more than happy employees working behind the counter. And the icing on the cake, is the locked restrooms. You have to ask to be let in and an employee has to come out and let you in. This is after the employee will fine every excuse to delay coming out from the back.

#75/2022 Ah the old White Castle located on Southwest highway and Harlem avenue. I haven't been to this one in years and years. I happen to be up in the area and I felt like sliding in for some sliders so I did lol. Walking in the first thing you notice is it's very clean like almost all white castles are they're dining area stays open till 10:00 p.m. during the week no longer 24 hours living in the post covid world it seems to be that way drive-throughs open all night. The other thing that kind of stands out a bit here is a not been remodeled like so many have been newer stores and it's got a very small dining room. But the vibe is still the same I came in just after lunch and the old men were in there sipping coffee like they do it many of them hanging out. I ordered up my favorite and number two the doubles cheese no onions just pickles. French fries, had a cup of cheese for them and also they have the freestyle machine so I had Seagram's diet ginger ale. like every other White Castle it's pretty much the same the only difference here the ghost pepper stuff is gone replaced by the sloppy joe stuff during the season. But like all other White castles they pretty much function the same in a whole lot more quality the food was really good everything tasted really fresh in this one keep up the good work. .

I normally order from here once a week with coworkers because we work overnight and it's usually the only thing open. I have the app for a smoother easy quicker pick up . So i thought. I ordered and was expecting order to be ready by said time . I ordered 3 chicken bacon slider and substituted the cheese for jalapeno cheese and added pickles and onions along with loaded fries. Can't mess that up ? Wrong , when I arrived a little after said time , the workers told me to pull up and then looked at each other because no one completed the online order . They told me it'll be moment so I had no choice obviously I was already there . Once I got to work I opened the bag and it was the 3 chicken bacon sliders with CHEDDAR cheese , a cold stale bun and no pickles and onions . I don't understand how hard it is when I'm the only order and customer to get it right. I'll start going to another location for better luck or choosing a new establishment. Only gave it a 2 star and not 1 because they couldn't mess up on fries.

The French Toast slider with cheese on sausage was very good. The cheese burger sliders were fresh. Double cheeseburger slider was good. Fries were excellent. Service is very good. Highly recommended.

This location is ok, the drive thru seems to be kinda slow at least everytime I've been here which has been many , but the food has always been good and hot and the employees are nice , gave me someone else's order then remade mine and told me too keep the other which was pretty big

White castle people either love them or hate them. I grew up eating white castle and have to eat them when we come home to visit. I Like mine with cheese and mustard. What I love the most is their breakfast sandwich they are made fresh. sausage egg and cheese on a bun my and you can get fries in the morning.

I came here after work a couple weeks ago just because I was pretty hungry and it's one of the few establishments open at midnight on a Friday. The restaurant is pretty quiet which I enjoy, never an issue parking, clean bathrooms, great food and even a friendly staff. Debbie took care of my order and she was completely professional. Will definitely return. Disappointed that they don't sell cinnamon rolls any more.

Went thru the drive up to grab a quick breakfast. Ordered the chicken waffle sandwich. Only to find out they weren't made right, after pulling away, and too late to have the order corrected. Sorry, maybe these are new employees or they weren't ready for the line of cars that just pulled in, but please make sure u'r employees know their job ! Not giving the best review because I know they can improve the drive thru and they're knowledge of how to put together they're food .
