Online & on the door the hours are posted that they close at 7pm mon-sat. I made it to the restaurant at 6:15pm & they told me they're closed. I drove a long way to come support the business bc ive heard the steak sandwiches are good but I regret considering this place. A waste of gas & time

I visited this location on January 27th 2021 and the hours of operation are listed on the door as Mon-Sat 11am -7pm. I got there at 6:00pm and the gentleman said they were closed. If the hours have changed they need to change the sign on the door. That is false advertisement.

This's place should be shut down on poor customer service alone! I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while one worker was cooking and the other just kept walking past me and not acknowledging me. When I did order he was very nonchalant and looked perturbed about something. I specified I wanted my steak sandwich cut in half with no red sauce. When I received my order there was sauce on my fries and I told him I didn't ask for that and his reply was it comes with it. So I said I didn't know and he said well now you do He then over packed ice cream in the cup where the lid could not be closed and just sat the lid on top of both ice cream orders and only gave me one spoon. I get home only to find that my sandwich was not cut in half and yup you guessed it, it was drenched in red sauce That was my first and last time. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy let alone a dog.

The service at around 2pm on a Sunday was quick. I did enjoy the sandwich as it had a very juicy sweet flavor, extremely moist and almost falls apart while eating it... so have plenty of napkins when going for a quick bit.

About a month ago I came to this Taurus because the one closer to me was full of people. Same great taste and less waiting time. However just like the other Taurus, they're very cheap with the cheese. Good job guys.
