I love this place. The kindest people work here. They know a lot of the regulars by name and are super knowledgeable. This store is well managed. I love their food especially their sandwiches and prepared section. The store has a lot for its size and is well stocked and organized. Definitely a great grocery store.

I live at Harbor Point and I don't know what the people in my building would do without this excellent store, which recently expanded and has almost everything you could hope for. The store's employees are also so helpful and friendly they feel like extended family.

I stopped by to grab a few snacks, they only had 2 workers and the women had to stop eating her sandwich to ring my items up. Whoever made the schedule should be ashamed of themselves.

The smell of rancid rotisserie chicken permeates the entire residential area of the building. Despite repeated requests, the owner refuses to improve ventilation or turn off the machine until the ventilation is improved. Rude employees and owners. Avoid.

Not our main grocery store, but we do visit it frequently and we're always very pleased. Today we had a fine experience. We arrived about 3pm, and wanted only one product: a pizza. They had a good selection, found one we liked, paid for it, and left. There was one problem We left the pizza on the checkout counter. Now it is after 6pm and my wife is getting the oven ready but can't find the pizza. I dashed back to the store and asked the cashier, "Did we leave our pizza here?" The cashier smiled, said yes you did, and we have it in a bag for you in the refrigerator. She took a few steps to the refrigerator, and came back with our pizza in a bag. In many ways, it is a small matter, but it is a sign of a big commitment of Bockwinkel's big commitment to customer service and care.

Filthy. Rotten produce. There are expired items on every shelf. The staff couldn't care less about the customers, and they let you know. The owner is verbally abusive to his own staff and customers. OVERPRICED!!!! I wouldn't shop there even if I lived in the building. I can't imagine how anyone puts up with the smell of rancid food cooking. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Harbor Market is located on the concourse level of the Harbor Point Condominums (http://www.yelp.com/biz/TK-TAuvo34rzVbbkzM6DjA ) This grocery store is accessible to the public, not just residents, and infact delivers to most buildings on the New East Side for free. The market is small, so selection can be limited, but you can always find what you want, if not the brand you want. ie, may have to get tropicana instead of minute maid....but you'll be leaving with OJ either way. They have a great deli that makes sandwiches to order all day, which is really nice because we can be a little stranded out here east of columbus. Parking for 30 minutes is free in the building, so its also easy to stop in to grab milk / newspaper etc. Overall, one of the best markets in a building. It cant compete with size/selection of a larger chain, but the convenience and friendly staff are a nice trade-off.
