This is a nice , cozy place with many different drinks to taste (as seen in the pictures) . Our server was great and attentive. Would definitely return to this establishment.

Honestly, this space is really fun just for after work drinks with my friends. The karaoke is super fun and not too loud and the service unfortunately was a little slow but they have our drink prices made it worth it. I wish they had more people working because it was such a fun night and I took half an hour to get a drink. You can pay the DJ to move your song up if you'd like to sing karaoke!

i just grabbed happy hour here with two friends on a wednesday and was rlly excited bc ive heard great things and the deals are awesome - $5 espresso martinis + a few other drinks !! i got an espresso martini which was decent (awesome for $5) and the miami vices were amazinggg. the old fashioned however, was rlly gross haha. ive had good old fashioneds before but this was poured out of a tap, so i shouldnt have expected much especially for $5 but i thought id try it. i brought it back to the bar to trade in for another espresso martini because i couldn't drink it (and my friends agreed), but the bartender Bradley was super condescending and said (after dipping a straw in my drink that i'd already sipped out of!?!) that it was a "perfectly made old fashioned". i dont rlly care that it wasn't good (it was $5), but to say it was perfectly made after pouring it out of a tap wasn't a great look. he then said that if i didn't like the taste of alcohol i should order a margarita instead... it was just a rlly weird and rude experience and i don't know why he felt the need to lecture me on drinks. anyway, it was a nice bar with dim lighting and they have karaoke, but i doubt ill return because honestly there's plenty of other good happy hour deals in the area without condescending bartenders who feel the need to lecture girls on what alcoholic drink should taste like, such as Parlay on wrightwood which has amazing $5 spritzes! would recommend everyone to check them out.

Cool happy hour spot and karaoke bar! The first time I came here was for karaoke on a Saturday night and it was quite fun. It's a newer location for Brando's but there was still quite a crowd. Not as hard to get a song on the list as other karaoke bars in Chicago which was nice. The full price espresso martini was amazing. A little steeply priced but really good! I saw how good their happy hour is so I was excited to try it; the hours are quite long but I did realize that happy hour espresso martini is about half the size of the normal one. Still good yes, but it definitely makes more sense with the $5 price tag. The happy hour marg was good too. The happy hour drinks are all draft cocktails so I can see it being a good spot when you are planning to get multiple drinks on a budget, but maybe not a place for one really good special drink. Also so funny to watch people screaming karaoke at 7pm. Definitely a cool spot to check out!

Ahh! This used to be Kelsey's, remember that? This is the second location. The original is downtown. The drinks average around $14 which is a little high considering it's by DePaul. Plus the drinks weren't that strong anyway. Also, students don't want to pay that much. They have a Happy Hour where the items are cheaper. Never Have I Ever (see my review on that) opened a couple doors down and their drinks are also a little high. This is the only place nearby that has karaoke and it's Brando's so it'll probably last. PS. Soft Opening for the next couple weekends until the grand opening.

We've been to Brando's many times and loved it! The service is great. The vibes are great. The happy hour is great. And you can even do karaoke if that's your jam! We prefer this Lincoln park location to south loop because of the expanded happy hour. We got the frozen Miami vice, old fashion, and frozen marg. The frozen drinks were a bit small but only $5 for happy hour. The old fashion is exceptional.
