I've stopped to get food at this Burger King a many times in a row, and they never have ketchup or they are out of condiments. The drive-through is rough. Driving through the drive-through is rough, potholes and broken concrete. Apart from everything I believe this, Burger King has been forgotten.. all other Burger King's have been updated. I don't know why but my fries taste a nasty. The burger looked and tasted as if it was sitting for a while. So if you are looking to pay money for a decent meal, this is not the place not worth it real talk. I won't stop here anymore.

One of the last unrenovated Burger Kings in the Chicago area. Not only hasn't it been updated in decades, but it seems like it hasn't been cleaned in decades either. One of the only places I've been to where your shoes start sticking to the floor almost immediately when you step inside. The garbage bins were filled to the top with garbage as well. Tables & chairs were not only beat up from decades of use, but covered in gunk. The women's bathroom being out of order pretty much is symbolic of this place. The place was completely dead when I came through aside from a family that came in just before me. They sat down for a few minutes after getting their food & started eating. I looked away for a minutes to check my order & when I looked up they had disappeared. They must've ran out of there because there's no way they ate that fast... especially with kids! I was pretty much the only other customer in there & they got my order wrong. Ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich...instead they gave me a bacon & swiss royal crispy chicken sandwich. Since I didn't want to wait much longer in there I just left. At least the staff is nice. If you're looking for a "vintage" Burger King similar to the McDonald's museum (albeit this is more 90s/early 2000s than 50s like the McDonald's Museum) then this is the place for you. Although I wouldn't be proud to call this "vintage" since it seems moreso like the owner refusing to put money into updating the place which is kind of obvious when you see the condition of it. If the owner cared about keeping it vintage then it would at least be clean.

I decided to stop at this burger king to grab a whopper and this what I received. The service was horrible and I received nothing but attitude. I would never come back to this burger king again

Here we go again, another well know business that's been in the game for centuries and still can't seem to keep it together. Where should I start, first the service of course sucks, well it's a fast food restaurant, which means the workers are under paid so, I guess after payday, they are pissed and they let you know, every time. I mean there are some courteous workers so I don't want you to think it's everyone, but the lady working the drive thru is definitely not getting the payment she wants, with her, "we can fight" attitude. My main complaint is they continually are running out of the accessories that compliment whatever you order. No disrespect, but it's like going to those type of homes that never have 2 of what's needed, you know, got Kool-aid, no sugar, peanut butter, no jelly, etc.. They always run out of bar-b-que sauce, who eats chicken nuggets without the que sauce. I'm sure there are some, but my thing is, it keeps happening more than once. This is a problem with management, because you have to address this problem when submitting the next order. Let me stop cause I really don't know how a fast food businesses operate but why is this a repeated problem. Some may say it's just que sauce, get something else, we'll try to tell that to my daughter who only eats those disgusting chicken fries, and they have the nerve to ask me if I want Saracha sauce instead. Hey Burger King, f.y.I, nobody eats those things but kids, and if you are an adult and you find yourself ordering chicken fries, grow the fudge up, and get a whopper. Ya probably still living with us moms! Nevertheless, the que sauce is the least of there problems, give those workers a raise, pension, 401k, some shares in the company or something, you been raping them for long enough, cause I'm tired of dealing with the shanaynay attitudes. And one last thing to the owner or corporation, why is that the only franchise that has not been upgraded. Are you serious, are you trying to get landmark status or something, you sitting on damn near a acre of land and the business looks like a throw back mess. Maybe sell a portion of the land to a Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts or something to get some type of funds to drop a newly established Burger King. That business looks like the pits, outside and in. You've got to be the only Burger King in America, yes , America with a 1980's franchise version. I'm sure your missing business cause nobody even knows your open unless it's someone in the drive thru, which I might add is the only thing that looks like it is made in this millennium. Investing in your company is just like investing in your community, it makes the area look better, for God sake you got a metra station across the street that has upgraded , don't you want to attract those customers???? That area needs some type of business office to enforce the upkeep of the surrounding businesses, cause it's no way a Fortune 500 business should not look like I can also buy crack there. I'm still confused, can I? Asking for a friend.

Needs to be turned down and rebuilt. It's decomposing. If the dining room is rotting away, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Next!

The people here are so lazy they refuse to make shakes. I know someone who worked here and they told me that their coworkers would purposely say "the shake machine is broken" or "not shakes." Stop being lazy and do the job.
