This is a private members only club - but anyone (even if you don't have a boat) can join. I've been a member for over 8 years and the food has taken a phenomenal turn for the better! Along with the drinks and amazing views - one of the hidden gems of Chicago's lakefront.

Location, location, location! This place has beautiful views, and is situated next to Soldier Field, and the beautiful lakefront. I attended a Christmas party here last night, and they seemed to do a great job decorating the place. The food was excellent...If you're looking to have a private party with good food in a beautiful setting, this is the place to do it. The menu consisted of ribs that fell off the bone, chicken Parmesan that was juicy, tasty potato wedges, bread, and salad. For dessert, there was chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies. I definitely recommend this place. Also, for the lovely days that are not below zero (like last night when we were there), they have an outdoor dining area. There is a parking lot, but when it is freezing outside, it's slightly inconvenient. I'm used to being dropped off at the door when it's cold, and you can't do that here.

This is one of the most picturesque spots in the downtown area that combines the scenery of the harbor with the backdrop of the city on one side and Soldier Field on the other. For those fortunate enough to have one of their boats here, I lift my martini glass to you! Cheers.

I love the location, the people and staff were awesome! The view is priceless. The facility needs a bit of an update. The food menu needs an update as well. I had the Brick Chicken, I assumed it would be deboned and cooked to a crisp, I was incorrect., the mashed potatoes were excellent. I was expecting a really hip and cool summer menu reflective of the location, city and private nature of the venue. I will be back for all the good reasons.

I dropped in here last weekend for the verve cup while we were waiting for our race to start. The bloody mary was definitely a good drink and worth every penny my skipper spent on it!

The views from this place are amazing. Harbor views, Chicago skyline views all from your table as you sit on the patio. The food & service are great also. I had the salmon and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great friendly service too!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! BHYC has screwed up my wedding plans and left us with no facility to host our wedding. They didn't even tell us just never returned our calls. After waiting 2 months for a response from them, we had to change locations. We even had to print new inviations. Word of advice - this place is NOT WORTH the visit.
