Want to brew beer but cannot pull it off at home? This is the place! Facilities to brew your favorite style and all you need is a fermentation vessel and some ingredients. CHAOS supplies the rest! Great facilities knowledgeable members, oh yeah, this is a club not a business, and for a smallish monthly fee you can brew and brew and brew. Great parties, good people and a convenient location.

I signed up a couple months ago and it's one of the coolest things I've done. I am no master brewer, I usually help my buddy home brew, so I am more of a brew kick. I enjoy learning about beer and at a place like this the amount of knowledge is incredible and everyone is so friendly and willing to share their experience.

CHAOS Brew Club is truly a one of a kind institution. It's a space that allows for home brewers novice and veterans alike to brew their beers in the club. But that's not all! They also host classes, meet ups and best of all, quarterly parties where members can showcase their brews! They just had one this past Saturday entitled "Summer BrewBQ." They served some awesome food (and even had vegan options!) and an amazing assortment of home brewed beers which ranged from light, crisp Saisons to deep, bold porters and everything in between. One thing to keep in mind is that you must be a member to attend these parties. Blame it on Chicago liquor laws. But they offer a trial membership, which is $30 for two months of membership (which includes access to all that the club has to offer). Even if you just get the trial membership for the party, $30 for a night of food and unlimited amazing beer is nothing to shake a stick at. If you have any interest in locally made, craft beer or brewing beer yourself, this is the place to check out! Rumor has it CHAOS is the only brew club of it's kind in the nation. So I may be sort of a trendsetter in the way that I am the first to review CHAOS...but really, they're the true trendsetters. It's an amazing idea, an amazing community and, of course, truly amazing beer. Why has no one ever thought of this before them?
