Fire atmosphere! Did I say fire? Oops, meant to say ! 3 levels, I attended for a wedding, so we were escorted to the upper deck for the open air wedding cruise with white chairs! Oh yes! Next we enjoyed the lounge on the middle deck with good dj and bar and dancing for a short while then onto an impeccably prepared menu with white linen! Back to dancing and the upper deck was now for stargazing with longe chairs too and for people who enjoy cigars, we got to PSSITA!!

Where do I begin? My partner Eve and I rented this boat last year, and had an awesome time. The captain and crew asked us to please come back. So we did. Mind you our guests are 40 and over. DJ sets up, a guy... approaches and starts in on what we can play and can't! States we can't have all that jumping around. Mannnn look out there to that line waiting to board. He continues to come back up and down all night with new rules!!! Come to find out he's the other DJ they force us to pay. To top that, the hold vibe was bad all night. Never again. We will take our grown folks elsewhere. Mixing up folks credit cards. CRAZY

What a nice excursion! Definitely recommend booking a team building, a birthday party, wedding, whatever your event might be. We've been on this boat a few times for private events and had a fabulous time. Very courteous, good food, good times! Definitely think about booking a private event. I'm thinking if we ever decide to do a for real reception, this is it since the yacht really is Elite. Enjoy the skyline on the Chicago Elite and feel like you're in one of those rich and famous movies.

They had a boat posted. I ask for more information and it took a week to get a response. I called three times and have never received any call back. Do not look for good service from them. You won't get a response and they do not know how to answer the phone. Here is Kyle Sacs actual response to an inquiry on November 7th: My apologies, the email lead just came through to me today. However I do see that you initially sent it in on October 31 at 3:45pm. Not sure why there was such a long delay from Boat Trader. As for the voicemails I haven't been in the office to check. I was working the Ft. Lauderdale boat show last week and have been with clients looking at boats this week.

I attended a 2 hour cruise aboard this yacht on last Thursday. It was a heaven on earth experience. The boat is in pristine condition and the seating inside, in back and up top were beautiful and comfortable. The staff (bartenders, attendants and servers alike) were extremely attentive, professional and friendly. I enjoyed the food a little more than I should have but I could not help myself. I have been dreaming about the Italian sausage stuffed mushrooms and my specialty cocktail created by the bartender. They were as memorable as the view from this amazing vessel. Our event was absolutely amazing and the services provided by Elite were an integral part of our fun filled evening. If you ever have a need for a chartered cruise in Lake Michigan, I highly recommend Elite. It was time well spent for visitors and natives alike.

We had our wedding reception on this beautiful vessel. The staff was super friendly and The Captain was so accommodating to our guest. The food we had was delicious. Dj RichieRich was on point with the music I requested and flowed nicely with the atmosphere. Our cruise night was exceptionally warm which made the cruising experience even better. I definitely would recommend it if your funds are right. A night we will never forget!!!!

My husband and I hosted a family celebration aboard the Elite after we eloped. We are SO happy with how the cruise turned out. All the staff we worked with the day of our event and during the planning process were very professional, helpful, and kind. Nicollette was the manager aboard the yacht the day of our party and she did an exceptional job at keeping Ryan and I happy. Henry helped us plan the day from the very start, he was very accessible and receptive to all of our emails, answering all of my many questions promptly. We hired Manny as our entertainer, our guests couldn't stop raving about how good he was! I was very impressed with the quality of food that was served especially considering we did the brunch buffet. Most importantly, the Elite looked clean and presentable. We will definitely be recommending the Elite to anyone looking to host a celebration in a fun and unique location!

Thank you Chicago Elite Private Yacht! Left the dock on an otherwise stormy Chicago afternoon and the crew was right there waiting with umbrellas on hand escorting each VIP completely unaware that a Ninja was about to board their ship keeping a keen eye on everything they are doing. The storm blew right through and the crew immediately went about the daunting task of making sure the decks were swabbed and dry enough for the passengers to enjoy the gorgeous Chicago Skyline. The SS Chicago Elite Yacht trolled along lake Michigan giving the VIP passengers on board a great view of the Chicago Skyline. This Ninja was impressed at the professionalism displayed by the crew but that was just the half of it. A group of servers dressed all in black holding trays filled with appetizers came rushing out of the galley door. It was good thing they came out with smiling faces and food on hand because the Ninja almost mistook them for something else and let's just say if they hadn't been smiling or were not carrying food this Ninja would have reacted differently and instead of reading this review you will be reading something else in the front headlines of the Chicago Tribune. :) The trays were filled with an assortment of delectable appetizers. That's when I retracted my sword and proceeded to help myself to some amazing food. Shrimp, crab cakes and chicken skewers are just a sample of the appetizers that were offered. If you were smart you'd wait by the front door of the galley located close to the bow of the ship so you can have first dibs ;) The bars! Well...There was one on each deck. It was an open bar and honestly that's all I can say is that the bartenders kept the liquor flowing and the beer was ice cold. They provided service with a smile and made some really good drinks and had suggestions if you were not quite sure on what you're having. There was a good selection of liquor, beer and wine. The evening from what I can remember went pretty well. The meeting on board was completely black-ops and I am confident Chicago Elite Yacht have been made aware prior so as to keep any details under wraps. When the evening was over all the VIP on board was dropped off back at dock in Navy Pier and slowly disappeared in the cover of darkness. Some stumbled and others left somethings behind that probably needed to be power-washed the following morning. All in all it was a great experience and Chicago Private Yachts you earned yourself 4 Ninja Stars! So why not 5? Well... you have to realize that my judgment was clouded by all the alcohol from having an open bar. Also, since the food was free I cannot give a complete, unbiased opinion because as I have mentioned in my past reviews. Ninja's cannot provide an unbiased review to the taste and quality of the food when they are not paying. A Ninja's pallete tends to open up over free food. This is why we love pot-lucks!

I have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 weeks now regarding a boat they have for sale. I emailed them through boat trader and it took a week for Kyle to answer my email. I replied the next day to that email and still haven't got back to me over 2 weeks later. I have also called numerous times and left messages for him and no response. I would be willing to change my rating if I see the service or even a call back was given.

We held our annual client appreciation event on this ship and had a wonderful evening! The service was top notch from the very beginning when I was requesting quotes. Customer service was excellent. They provided me with an event coordinator and answered any questions I had promptly. The night of the event I had arrived early and the staff was cleaning the ship to make sure everything was in perfect condition. My guests and I were treated like royalty the entire evening by Nicolette and the entire crew. We will definitely be back!
