DO NOT book with this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. They misquoted me 3 times, and when I called to figure out which one was right, the guy on the phone was extremely rude and kept arguing with me even tho everything I wanted was written clearly on the confirmation and he gave me the wrong price 3 times. He told me I booked 2 different trolleys even though each quote has my same confirmation number and each said a 30 person trolley. After arguing with him for 30 minutes telling him he was wrong, he FINALLY discounting me $129.60 for misquoting me. And after all that, they sent me the WRONG sized trolley!! So I had to cram 29 people into a 24 person trolley. And he only credit me $90 after that. Terrible customer service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Not only did our trolley not show up, despite being charged and receiving several confirmations, when I called to find out where our vehicle was and when it would be there, as it was late, I was verbally abused and told that they didn't understand what the big deal was. Wrong on the whole, do not recommend if you want to be treated with basic dignity as a human being let alone a paying customer.

If I could give a 0 star rating I absolutely would my experience with this company was so horrifying I had to add them on yelp as a company since they dont allow any reviews on any website. RED FLAG! I have never ever written a negative review on a company before but I am so horrified that these absolute scammers will continue to do this to other people as well. I made a reservation with them on october 5th for october 28th for a trolley for my birthday. They sent me a confirmation with a price of $1154 and said that the trolley is reserved and we are all set. On october 19th i noticed i did not fill out the credit card authorization form. It stated on the confirmation email that they will make sure that the trolley is still available after the authorization form is signed and returned. I called on october 20th right when they opened and asked if the trolley is still available and they said unfortunately it is not. No big deal it was my mistake for missing the authorization form. I told them to cancel the trolley and they said ok and i thought that was the end of it. This morning october 23rd i woke up to a $1400 charge on my credit card. Mind you- i never filled out the authorization form and they told me the price would be $1154 all in. So i called and asked why they charged me and asked them to remove the charge since we cancelled the reservation. The rude and ignorant man on the phone said no conversation happened on the 19th and that the trolley has been reserved this whole time. By this time i already booked with a completely different company. He told me hes not cancelling the reservation and that people like me do this all the time. Yelling at me on the phone that we will be going to court if i try to cancel the reservation. I hung up the phone and immediately called my credit card company and explained the situation and that i never signed that authorization. Thank god for amex being amazing as they stopped the charge. I emailed the company back and said that this must be cancelled as we are not paying and will not be getting on this bus. He kept telling me to look at the cancellation policy in my email. Mind u none of the emails contained a cancellation policy and on their website the "cancellation policy" link doesnt take you to a cancellation page it takes you to a reservation page! I had to email them 5 times saying to cancel the reservation and all they responded back to each time i tried to cancel was to "look at the cancellation policy". I had to have them send a pdf version of it because they dont openly post it anywhere at all. The cancellation policy says i can cancel up to 1 day before the reservation if the contract was signed atleast 7 days before the booking date. Since my original inquiry was over 20 says before this should have been no issue to cancel. Nope! They still wont allow it. I told them its within their best interest to cancel the trolley because theyre driver will be sitting at the pick up location for 3 hours waiting since no one will be arriving. And since then i have had 0 response from them. If anyone is planning to rent a trolley in chicago STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will over charge you and claim they notified you when they dont, they will charge your credit card without you even signing an authorization form, and theyre staff is extremely rude and berating. There are so many other wonderful companies to rent from dont make the mistake of choosing this one! Also this company does not allow reviews anywhere. This shouldve been a red flag but unfortunately i didnt look into it until after this horrible experience. Dont let them try to scam you like they did me!

The trolley itself was great and clean, exactly what we expected. However, it was a holiday so we were charged extra and the driver refused to take us where we asked to go. Sent our itinerary three days in advance and he hadn't seen it. Instead he took us to the south of the city where the river was not green. Disappointing because had friends on other trolleys (from other companies) who took them to the river. Would not recommend this company for a St.Patrick's day trolley.
