I visited this chick-fil-a In Pullman. Started my mobile order at 8:40 am on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 and my order was not brought out to me until 9:00 am. This timing us unacceptable. When asked what was the wait for, the associate responded with not enough people reported to work it either called off. I was Adrian's that this location was going to be doomed to fail because of the demographics. I was not disappointed by this. It saddens me to know that are young people do not possess a dependable work ethic. Please consider hiring some seasoned individuals who are willing to show up for work and arrive on time.

I went there to get dinner for my family. I waited for 15 minutes just to get food that was not hot and some was missing. I called the store to let them know I had missing items, but no one answered.

My experience today was TURRIBLE! I used the app and pre-ordered my food. Fifteen...YES 15... people drove up, ordered, got their food and left and all 6 cars were still waiting for pre-ordered food. The girl brings my food, I asked what took so long she turned and walked away! YOUVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!! Not another $$ of mine will go to this restaurant.

WORST CHIC FIL A I STOOD IN LINE AT 1010 and waited and at 1030 on the dot finally got to the register and they would not serve me breakfast even though I had been in like waiting the whole time and they are slow as hell
