For an airport spot, this Chili's is pretty decent. The food was exactly what you'd expect from the chain--no surprises there, which can be a good thing when you're just looking for something familiar while traveling. We ordered the chicken crispers, and they held up well--crispy, flavorful, and satisfying, especially for airport food. The service was quick enough to get us in and out without stressing about our flight, which is always a plus. The only odd part was the QR code ordering system--it felt a little impersonal, but it's becoming pretty standard in airport restaurants, so nothing too out of the ordinary. Overall, if you're looking for a reliable, no-fuss meal before your flight, this Chili's gets the job done.

Five stars are fully credited to Rosanna who was an amazing server! She was friendly, efficient, and patient... at 5:30am! The restaurant itself has a good amount of seating and is clean and comfortable. The food was what one might expect. It's the service that made this five stars!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrendous service! For a fast casual airport restaurant, the food came out so slowly and not all at once. Took 10 minutes for a server to even check in. We ordered in person (rather than from the QR code). The appetizer plate was bad to ok. The mozarella sticks were bland, the boneless wings lukewarm, and the rolls were gooey and gross. The worst part of our experience was paying. I ordered a $15 bloody mary as advertised on the print menu. The bill was for $20. We called the server over to address this. She says oh that was for a double. I said I didn't order a double. She says well they already rang it in so I can't do anything. I even offered to give the last half of the drink back... Seriously???

The chicken fajitas with black beans and rice were alright and the triple dipper platter consisting of egg rolls, buffalo boneless wings, and mozzarella sticks were okay. Overall, it's overpriced for okay food but expected since it was in the airport.

People not very helpful. My daughter spilled a soda and the server just looked at her and walked away, no offer to help clean up. And when she got extra napkins from the serving station (again because no offer to help), a server snapped at her for taking more napkins. Very blunt, no substituting anything. Food pretty average. Dirty/messy. Wish we would have gone elsewhere

Was at the Chicago airport and had lunch at Chili's. Ordered beers and wings. The beer was flat and not that cold. The wings were stale. The sauce flavor was actually good. The Santa Fe sauce came on the side instead of being tossed in like I thought the honey chipotle wings would. The honey chipotle wings tasted good but there wasn't much sauce on the wings. Service was only okay but I do get they were busy. I wouldn't come back to this place though.

Pretty decent service for an airport bar. They are very organized. There is a person at the front to seat you. Then a server (Magdalen) came over and had a water and menu automatically. She was very friendly and quick. The only thing I didn't care for was the food is a bit mediocre. I got a grilled ancho salmon which is served on top of a Caesar salad. The salad was the underwhelming part. Meh. Just limp pieces of iceberg lettuce and a couple of small pieces of chopped tomato, a sprinkle of crumbled feta and tortilla strips. $26. I was about to order via the app and Magdalen came rushing over to take my order. It was nice to have table service. Good music playing. Seemed to be a lot of people working at the bar. The monetto Prosecco is $13 but is served in a classy flute and is a nice dry sparkling.

My rating is 3.5 stars. I am rounding down. Last month, I had roughly a two-hour layover at Chicago O'Hare (ORD) International Airport before heading home to Toronto. I have a love-hate relationship with the airport. Either you feel like you're walking till eternity getting to your gate or you are blessed with a moving walkway to make the journey shorter. It was a good day. I got the latter. I was in concourse B and could see my gate. I needed lunch and saw this Chili's nearby. I don't frequent this chain often, so I gave it a shot. There wasn't a huge lineup. I had a greeter say hi and immediately seat me. I got a table with bar seating. I had an older gentleman as my server. He was super efficient and had a wonderful, natural Chicago accent. I ordered a Diet Coke to start. It came to me almost immediately. I didn't want something huge, but enough to keep my stomach content. I got the honey-chipotle boneless chicken wings with ranch dressing and celery. Done! This place knows that folks are catching flights and does not waste time preparing and serving food. Mine didn't take long. Sadly, I did not get any celery sticks. No veggies. Ugh! The honey-chipotle boneless chicken wings are decent here. The sauce was sweet with a kick to it. It wasn't disgustingly sweet. It was good. I was impressed with the solid white meat in each boneless wing. The wings were more like thick chicken nuggets that were crunchy and saucy, but I enjoyed them a lot. My server got me another refill of Diet Coke. He also handed me the bill and asked that I pay before he went on break. Some would find that offensive while eating. I took it as being super efficient. This man needed to take a load off his feet! I paid with a credit card. He ran the transaction through and thanked me. I wished him a good break and took my time sipping my drink before slowly heading over to the gate that I needed. Had a got my celery, I would have given this place four stars. I had a decent experience with a wonderful server. I'd return again should I need a bite to eat and am back at ORD. (36)

The older man serving was rude when I asked if the bar was open seating. He loudly shooed me away, saying "You need to stand in line!" I asked for clarification--"So the bar isn't open seating here?" "It is, but you need to wait in line!" despite plenty of open seats. I left. Chili's has a reputation for open seating even airport locations so i don't understand the mix up.

Just. Say. No. I spend a LOT of time in airports and don't understand how and why the food (in the U.S. mostly) and service are so horrible. Even with that low bar, Chili's is disgusting. I stood by the "wait to be seated" sign while a hostess took a long personal call and didn't even look at me. eventually someone noticed and handed me a menu and asked if I wanted to sit at the bar and tried to walk away. I looked at the bar (maybe 20 feet away) and saw there were no bar seats. she didn't even turn her head to check. with a big sigh, she then walked me to a table I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and a draft IPA. the fries were nice and hot but the burger was cold. not warm, COLD. I flagged down the waitress, who apologized. she came back with a new burger that was warm. not hot at all. jeez. the waitress was nice enough, but no one else who worked there seemed to care a bit about the customers. I'll go hungry before I eat here again
