My friend and I went to chipotle for our lunch break and Alondra was the cashier who took my order. My friend doesn't look white so we he handed her a $100 bill to pay for our food she looked at it said "hmm" checked it with a marker and then another chipotle worker said "nah check it again". The service was terrible and Alondra and her other co worked should look over Chipotle's inclusion and diversity training again.

Keyunney called me an asshole I came in after the rush around 1:15pm and ordered some tacos. When I went to pay, I held up my phone to scan the gift card I had. And Keyunney says "You need to tell us before you just try and use a gift card". So, I reply "Ok, Id like to use a gift card". The cashier replies under her breath, "No shit, asshole". I immediately respond with, "I can hear you call me an asshole" and she replies "Good, have a nice day sir". There is so much competition in downtown Chicago for lunch. Keyunney made it easy for me to rule out Chipotle from now on. It used to be my go to lunch 2-3 times a week. But never again. Dont hire employees who call customers assholes. I am angered. This was unexpectable of what I received. I expected to be fulfilled full and had the correct portions size but you know I came in and this young lady was working the proteins and rice section. She asked me for brown white or the other type of rice And get out of scoop of the rice not even a full spoon of rice like halfway and said what type of beans you want I was flabbergasted I'm like what the hell what the hell what beans with that little amount of rice Gurl don't play with me and put some more rice on it so she put like another like a quarter like the tip of the spoon type of light Spoonful and Emily I'll just deal with it and I'll just get my beans and I get black beans and I say put more beans please she still playing with me when we go to these beans so then we get to the protein the protein tell me what is bitch like a half a spoonful and too like when I say put more people like two chicken chunks in that bowl, I was ready to go to fuck off And choke her with the glass that's blocking us right now like I'll find a way to make glass flexible just to kill her with it and I said put another. Can you like fill the spoon up he's like oh so double protein before I get a chance answer, you dumped it in there and hit it over the guy and said double check I'm like bitch you didn't have to say that, that was my business and my business only once you put the C in the circle we all know what that is OK OK sweetie so we get over to the guy and just I don't know it's going on like Olympic March or something because what's going on like why is everything so minimal like where is the maximum, so he put a half a spoon of corn in my stuff and then spoon I had had a put another spoon in because why would you give me that little amount so I get everything else and I like my stuff to be drenched in sour cream sorry so I put sour grapes, sour cream, sour cream, sour cream, sour cream on there, and then I put my cheese on top of my lettuce And let me tell you that chipotle was not as good as I expected I was disappointed and it was $14 for half empty bowl chipotle this is unexpectable. Please train your employees correctly and tell them when they're looking at me look at me with both eyes.

This chipotle is a massive fail. I went here after work and was told there was no cheese. Had to abandon the prospect of having dinner at that pint. So I wanted beer and the staff will not sell it unless I buy an entree or stale, heavily salted chips. Because who doesn't want cheeseless mass produced Mexican food with a beer? So I was forced to buy stale chips that came with nothing. Absolutely Nothing. No salsa and none even offered. No one even bothered to ask if I might want to pay extra for a little salsa to provide some flavor to the stale chips. I was given a tiny (maybe a 1 -2 ounce plastic cup) amount of salsa by a nice employee when I politely complained. She is the only reason I can justify a 2 star review. So definitely go here if you want cheese free Mexican food or stale chips.

One of the few advantages of chain food is that you always know what you're getting no matter where you are, right? Well, at this Chipotle, not exactly. First the lady piled about 50% more rice into my bowl than I've ever gotten at any other Chipotle. And somehow it was significantly more than my wife's portion (although she got more than the usual amount too). But the worst was when my wife asked for "a little green salsa" and the woman ladled out an enormous heaping scoopful. A moment later when I asked for green salsa, with no size qualification, I got the same giant serving. Then when I asked for corn salsa also, she gave me about half a spoonful. Weird. Also, there is no excuse to leave dirty tables in the dining room when the place is so slow. Around 2pm on a Saturday, they served three customers in a half-hour span. Those tables were dirty when we arrived and dirty when we left. That kind of thing bothers me because it can only mean that the staff doesn't care, and if they don't care about wiping tables, what else aren't they doing that I will never know about?

They've got great window seats. Any day you can see hot women walking past. I'm talking late weekday afternoons 4-5pm. Service isn't great at this time, they are usually still picking up the pieces after the lunchtime rush and getting ready to close. Three times, my burrito was short on the meat and heavy on everything else.

one of the worse chipotle locations I have ever been to...the portion sizes are so small even if you ask for extra. The employee's there are just in a rush to get your order out of the way that they don't care for quality. My co-worker ordered the chicken burrito and she had to repeat herself that she wanted chicken and the lady kept repeating, "barbacoa?" and eventually slapped it onto the burrito. We told the other employee that was standing next to her that we wanted CHICKEN and not barbocoa so we had to wait until she made a new tortilla hot for the chicken. Got back to our office and the meal was a bigger disappointment. I hardly had any rice, it was basically just all lettuce, beans, and salsa. Very little fajitas and chicken...didn't even fill me up. Waste of a coupon to come here to eat. Not worth the buck.
