This company is TERRIBLE, do NOT work with them! I rented a party bus for a bachelorette party, and there were some major problems. 1) They sent the driver the wrong address, so he went to the other side of Chicago and was a full hour late to pick us up. 2) The ice promised on the bus was melted. No toilet paper in the bathroom. The speaker didn't work for the first 30 minutes. The biggest problem is they REFUSED to issue a refund for the hour that they missed. I spoke with the coordinator, who promised the owner would follow up with me directly to process a refund, but the owner never called me back and ignored all of my calls. I felt totally scammed. Do NOT trust this company!

The owner and the AA female driver are terrible humans. They claimed not to have the ability to meander through a downtown street and left me and my 6 kids stranded downtown as we were post celebrating my 16 year old's birth anniversary. Now, some how and due to a pure miracle, 4 other party buses/ sprinters (same size) were able to drive down the exact same street (their party bus/ sprinter had difficulty driving on.... LOL.. they are lairs in the worst way)! I begged the owner for a refund to simply cover an Uber home (40 minutes away), and he refused (see below). I explained that having the expectation for me and my children to walk and find his driver was unreasonable. By the way, I also tipped the initial driver. So, if you like being stranded almost an hour away from home, these are the ROCK STARS for you!

I had a great experience booking with Chitown LimoBus for my 40th birthday. They helped me work out a schedule, and Kristina sent me photos of the bus's built-in cooler areas so I could gauge what I needed to bring. Our driver, Hashim, was fantastic. He was great helping my friends get the bus ready while I was finishing up some group photos, and he was super helpful with instructions and communication throughout the night. He also helped us out when one of our styrofoam coolers disintegrated. :) Everyone really appreciated that he took us around downtown at the beginning of the night. I hadn't realized how much Mexican Independence Day would impact traffic, but he navigated all of that perfectly.

I wish I could leave zero stars. The absurdity and unprofessionalism of our experience is still blowing my mind hours later. We rented a bus to take a group of professionals to a development event. We clearly communicated in email and over the phone our schedule. This company did not communicate the schedule to the driver, Hashim. The driver thought we were supposed to be home 3 hours earlier than planned, and when informed otherwise, proceeded to act in a hostile manner the entire trip, stomping around, demanding immediate payment even though we agreed on a cash payment at the end of the trip, and loudly announcing he would be calling the authorities to kick us off the bus if we didn't pay THIS INSTANT. He said more than once that the company's issue was "not his problem". One of our party kindly asked to use the Bluetooth speakers to play music and the driver snapped at him and wouldn't let him use them. When we got back, he proceeded to try to blame our group for a bus seat that was already broken prior to our trip. We will never, EVER use this company again!! I would recommend booking elsewhere if you want to have a peaceful and drama free trip. Ridiculous beyond belief. EDIT: The outrageous response below to this review should tell you everything you need to know about this company. We went to a professional development event and stopped for lunch at Mars Cheese Castle on the way home. This was written out in an email and also carefully explained to the company over the phone. 2 Members of our group stayed behind to clean up the trash, which was a few water bottles. The seat was broken before we got on the bus, a testament to the quality of this company. Not only did we provide a deposit, we confirmed with Bob that cash payment would be provided. The fact that the bus driver felt the need to make a scene over the payment halfway through the trip instead of simply asking for earlier payment is absurd. The fact that they're trying to blame us for their broken seat in an attempt to cover up their mess up is laughable. Don't worry, we will NEVER book again and none of our peers will either!

Truly, great evening celebrating my husband's birthday! Hasim was prompt for both pick ups and helped with the sound system. The Limo itself was roomy, clean and exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

Bob, our driver Marissa, and everything about Chitown limo were top notch during our rental of a sprinter limo van to take 10 kids and 3 adults back and forth to the United Center. I sent the same request about to 5 companies and Chitown had the fastest response, best rate, and ultimately was a breeze to work with - accommodating a couple changes to our plans and confirming everything the day before. Marissa our driver checked in with me a couple hours before arriving early and was super tolerant of screaming kids and extremely communicative in order to make finding her after the game a breeze. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately it has come to this. I want to share my experience so someone else may avoid a bad experience. These were complaints I made to the company, both in writing and verbally and their response... 1. The step up into the Mercedes Sprinter Executive is pretty high. There was no addition step provided for us. I know there is one because Igor offered to put it in place when I came out to see the vehicles a couple months ago. Please make sure that extra step is available for our return trip. 2. With the step not being available Vlada offered no assistance in helping the women into the vehicle. You know if someone falls getting in or out of the vehicle that could be a problem. 3. When Vlada arrived, we all spoke to him, and he didn't respond. One of the ladies husband was there...it was their property that was the pick up location...Vlada blew us off so bad, her husband continually called to check on us because he was uncomfortable with the situation. 4. When I introduced myself to Vlada, there was no reply...like nothing. No acknowledgement that I said anything. 5. The back row in the vehicle was not cleaned well. There were crumbs and a muddy footprint. This was the email I sent early Saturday morning...March 5th, after our pick up and being dropped off at our destination. Everyone was voicing their complaint regarding the transportation experience, and as the event planner for the trip, I thought sharing this with Bob, would ensure our return trip was satisfactory. No such luck... On the return trip we had the same driver who still didn't speak to us, there was no step up into the truck, and still no assistance. The step was important to us as we had a lady traveling with us that had just gotten out of the hospital the day before, dealing with sciatica. The table up front was sticky, the vehicle was not clean. In addition to that, after making the 1st drop off, the rest of us were kidnapped and forced on a gas run...without our consent. We were driving around in the inner city of Chicago in a Mercedes Sprinter and he's parking in gas stations and sitting there Googling for Diesel fuel. We felt VERY UNSAFE!! You hear all the time about people being shot and killed in Chicago sitting in vehicles, or being carjacked...and here we sit, after dark. Our return trip was Sunday, March 6th, on Monday, March 7th, I called and spoke with Bob, who seemed very understanding. Bob acknowledged that the way things went was unacceptable, requested that I send the pictures that were taken of the uncleanliness of the vehicle because they have a 3rd party that cleans the vehicles, and said he was going to speak with Igor and get back with me with a resolution. On March 14th, I realized a week had gone by and I hadn't heard from Bob, so I called again and this time I got VM, I left a message. Prior to them getting our $1,400.00 Bob's response time was on point, he would respond the same day or next day...on Wednesday, March 16th, I still hadn't heard anything, so I sent a text to the thread we'd already communicated on. I sit here today typing this, it is March 26th, I haven't heard anything from Bob since he said he would call me back on March 7th. They require you to pay at pick-up, and once they get your money, whatever happens...happens. I'm posting this on Monday, March 28th...still have not heard from Bob.

The 32 Passenger with bathroom Coach Shuttle Bus was perfect for our trip to a football game in southern Illinois. Their quote and follow-up contract came quickly (we booked within a week of the event) and were easy to understand. The driver, Marissa, was professional and an excellent driver. She maintained a comfortable indoor temperature for all of us throughout the freezing night. The bus itself was super clean and very nice with reclining seats and seatbelts. We lost an item on the bus, and they were extremely responsive to help us retrieve it the next day. Highly recommend them. We won't hesitate to use ChiTown Limobus in the future! Thanks!

Really annoyed. The music system on the bus didn't work correctly so we had the driver drop us off at our final location early. The driver kept saying it was our internet connection. We tried on multiple phones and every time we hit a bump during the drive, the system went out so it was obviously an issue with the system itself. It was a super boring way to end my awesome wedding. Luckily we only booked 2 hours, otherwise this would not have been acceptable. You can't have a party bus without a working music system. Only reason for 2 stars is that the driver showed up on time and we didn't have to worry about 25 people standing around in the cold to wait.
