Booking was super easy. Great communication throughout. I had to change my reservation two days before and did so by text with no problem. I received a text the morning of letting me know my driver was on schedule and he arrived right on time. Driver got my mom in taxi no problem and secured her scooter down. Everything was easy from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend.
