This is the single worst bbq experience I've ever had. This has to be a joke... I am not kidding you, the food quality is shockingly bad. The pulled pork and chicken are cold and dry, and no sauce was given. The fried okra is soggy. The Caesar side salad, oh my, please look at the photos attached 4 wilted pieces of lettuce, no dressing, cheese or croutons. I feel like I'm being punk'd... how can anyone knowingly serve that and call it a Caesar salad?

My friend ordered through Uber Eats. The pulled pork sandwich was so disgusting and salty he literally was in the bathroom very sick. The chicken sandwich was rubbery and not even edible. He ended up throwing away $25 worth of food. Thankfully Uber Eats gave him a refund. Yuck!

In reality, more like 3 1/2 stars. We both had the beef brisket. It was good. I really loved the creamed spinach side. I could have made a meal of just that alone. The cole slaw was okay, but nothing special, the baked potato casserole was terrific, but the rolls were kind of dry. The meat was good, I wish there was a chicken option, but all in all, I'd certainly order again. Delivery was prompt and everything was packaged well.

Really wanted to love this place. I've reached out to them at least 6 or 7 times with direct complaints to no avail. Don't waste your money with this company, they do not care. Salads without dressings. Stale 2 day old bread. Completely sending whatever they wanted to send instead of what you order. Extremely salty food sometimes. Zero consistency. You never know what you're going to get with them. Their rating on door dash is 3.5 which I've never seen such a low rating. Again, just don't. I hate leaving bad reviews but again, I tried to reach out to them and they do not care.

The food is not good. Not sure how else to put it. . . i also got a slight "old inventory" type of vibe- it just didnt taste as fresh as bbq should. It was my first time trying Dickey's. i had never heard of them. Somehow they have over 400 locations throughout the country, and after this initial experience, im trying to for the life of me to figure it how. Who's eating this crap? i got the burnt ends plate with waffle fries and mac and cheese. i also got 6 wings with the carolina bbq sauce. i also got a chocolate chip cookie. The sauce for the wings was underwhelming and had a bit of a peanut-ty aftertaste. i never had carolina bbq sauce before, so maybe thats just how its supposed to taste. i though carolina bbq sauce would be like carolina reaper sauce, just more bbq based, and so i also expected it to be spicy (as carolina reaper sauce is), but it was not. That notwithstanding, i still tried to enjoy it, but didnt find it quite pleasing and would never get it again. Carolina reaper sauce gets 1 out of 5. The wings themselves were not cooked well done enough to my liking. They were not crispy at all and seemed as though they were lightly baked in the oven and then served with the sauce on it. There was light sauce on the wings (which i prefer) and a cup of extra sauce on the side (for the free), which i thought was pretty cool. Nonetheless, i would give the wings a 1 out of 5 at best. The mac and cheese was the best thing on the plate, and it was slightly below average at best. Nice texture and nice lil taste, but nothing to write home about, nor could i finish it because of how much cheese there was. It's debatable as to how much cheese should be in a mac and cheese. For me, it simply depends on what i have a taste for at the time, but if its gonna be exponentially more cheese to noodle ratio, then the flavor of the cheese should almost be addictive, and this cheese was not. In fact, i felt i could have made a much better mac and cheese myself with a way better cheese combination, and i aint no standout in the kitchen by far. Their mac and cheese gets a 3 (more like a 2.5) out of 5 at best. The waffle fries were soft, kind of soggy, and just overall disappointing. 1 out of 5 for the waffle fries. The burnt ends tasted old, specifically the sauce that they used for them, which i assume is their regular bbq sauce. The sauce taste like burnt maple syrup. The burnt ends themselves were tender and cooked pretty well, but i could not finish them; ate like half til i just couldnt tolerate the sauce anymore. The sweet burnt maple syrup smell and the taste that accompanied it was quite overwhelming. If you do decide to get the burnt ends, ask them to put the sauce on the side, not on the ends. 1 out of 5 for the burnt ends, specifically that god awful sauce. The little bun that accompanied the dish was hard and did not taste fresh. 1 out of 5 for the bread. . . .And then there was the cookie. After such a disappointing experience with the food itself, i was hoping my dessert would be much more pleasant. It looked gooey and delicious. To my dismay, upon taking the first bite, it was probably the worst tasting thing from the order outside of the bbq sauce that was on the burnt ends. To put it lightly, i wouldn't wish such terror on anyone else's palate. The cookie tasted extremely old, sweet, and like it had been sitting out for 10 years and then they somehow managed to heat it up and make it look moist and gooey. i only took a small bite and it threw me off so much that i felt if i took another small bite i would instantly get sick. The cookie gets a 1 out of 5, at best.

This order couldn't have been more wrong. You have FUNDAMENTAL issues with this location. I tried it for the first time today because it's very close, about a mile from me. My order was delivered directly from the store, I followed the driver on uber eats. First, we had a missing item. The sausage slider was missing. Second, the brisket sandwich/slider was abysmal. The brisket was very old, VERY dry and cold. The pickles and onions were on the side and each container, the lid wasn't fully secured. The pickles literally just popped off and pickle juice was everywhere. I called the store, the employee refused to let me speak to manager ( wasn't there supposedly ) and then argued with me. Very, very rude. I will NEVER eat here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered food via the app today progress on app, said packing, past the prepare stage - I outside and waiting for the completion text and no updates after an half hour. I go in and at counter they tell me oh sorry Dickey's closed and your order was cancelled. What I received no text phone call and how did the process update past the prepared stage? Let me tell you I was an hour into this process now and not happy plus my credit card was charged. No lunch no food no communication- I will never be back
