I had such a lovely experience here!!! First of all, everyone is super professional and friendly, very warm and welcoming. I had Jose, Maria and Chris and they made everything so enjoyable. I did a city tour in the G wagon The tour was about an hour and they allowed me to pick and play my own music. My driver had plenty of info about the city and everyone from Chicago knows that there is ALWAYS more to learn about the city! The ride down Michigan Ave was the best part - nothing like the city lights! You also have can do a photoshoot with the cars! I did one and LOVED IT!!! They have a special going on right now for Vday where it's $60 and you get to take pics with multiple vehicles! So whether it's 2/14, a date night, a special occasion, spoiling and indulging yourself, whatever you may want, you're in the right place! Oh, and the cars rotate out so there's always something new! Talk about an experience

If you're in town, take a tour here. Jose was our driver and he went above and beyond while taking us on a private tour of Chicago, he explained all about the history and took to places most people would miss while visiting Chicago.

Such a beautiful experience. I rented one car and was surprised with an even better car. Which made my baby even happier for prom. Thank you so much the driver. I apologize I can't remember your name. I think he said Chris. Nevertheless he was so patient and allowed them to take as many pictures as possible. Thank you. Prom was a success and especially with the car as the final touch.

We booked this company for my sons prom on 5/12/23. The driver was a hour late! It was no way for me to contact them. They only were sending me text update with an approximate eta. My sons prom was very strict on arrival time so we didn't get any pictures with the car, as he had to hop in and leave right away to try to make it in time. When I finally was able to contact someone they weren't able to compensate me or anything just blaming it on traffic & the weather which was light rain. I will never book this company again.

I've rented a few cars from DS Luxury and they are the best around. They provide pick up or drop off services and selection of vehicles is always A1! The process is super easy and quick and their staff is friendly and very professional - if your looking for a luxury car rental firm I would highly suggest them.

If I can give this company zero Stars I would this company was the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life very unprofessional do not have any remorse and they don't give you all the correct information when you're at the beginning it was they was very nice when they are trying to get my money there was extremely nice I booked this for my daughter's prom which was May the 3rd May the third came I had to pick up for her for 7:00 p.m. the driver did not show 7:00 we're standing outside waiting on the driver I have the photographer there waiting on the driver we're constantly calling there's no answer then eventually I did get somebody they tell me that the drivers have already left he was the last driver there my driver been left I had no one contact me that they was going to be late 7:16 I had the driver which his name was Moe he sends me a text message hey I'm remember my name is Moe I will be 50 minutes it will take me 50 minutes to get there heavy traffic if you know there's heavy traffic that means you need to leave out ahead of time this is your Chicago nothing is different you have to leave out ahead of time to get to the place where you need to be at on time the reason why they probably did not make it there because they probably rented the vehicle to someone else first they did not show up to my daughter's prom the driver kept texting me cuz I asked to speak to a manager he said that he will contact the manager he will give them my number he text me and said that he gave them my number nobody ever call me. I had to come up with extra money to get somebody and pay them to take my daughter to the prom so she can make it to prom on time before they close the doors my daughter made it to prom exactly 5 minutes before they're closed the doors if I would have sat there and waiting on him to come my daughter will not be able to enter the prom they have not called me gave me a refund they have no remorse for my feelings very unprofessional I am in the process of looking for a lawyer to go and get this taken care of

Ask about insurance Up fronts eit afterword. In other words it's impossible to pull it off in the amount of time given. I would stay away from these folks and they're shady business practices.
