Scheduled a pickup for Chicago Midway taking us to the Embassy Suites (Magnificent Mile) two weeks in advance. When we landed on 18 June I received a text from the company and the driver (Ife). As soon as we retrieved our bags I texted Ife and let him know that we were ready and he picked us up. I will definitely use Eminent limo again and I am recommend their services.

They lied and said that a vehicle I had booked was no longer available, but then I received an email a day later for the same date/time FOR DOUBLE THE PRICE!! Deceitful and untrustworthy.....

Used the service to get picked from the United Center with two drop off points. Great communication through out the whole process. Made leaving the United center after a concert much less stressful. The car was comfortable and clean. Will definitely use this company again!

I had been emailing this company to reserve a party bus. I spoke with them on the phone to get an updated proposal. I sent my credit card info and confirmed my reservation less than 10 minutes later. They accepted my proposal and then 10 minutes later emailed me that they didn't have a bus available. The contract confirmation they sent also had extra terms added to it once submitted. I'll be watching my credit card for fraudulent activity because my interactions with this company definitely have me questioning if this is a legit operation.

I do not want to select a rating cause their service is really bad. I hired a shuttle for 2 hours for my daughter's wedding they never showed up and they didn't bother calling. So if you want go service eminent Limo is not the way to go. They do not deserve 1 star I want to give them 0 stars

We were picked up from the Midway airport early in the morning and the driver was right on time. We were pleased with the shuttle ride to our first destination drop off. However, in the evening our driver was 45 minutes late in picking us up from our final destination to go back to the airport. Thankfully our flight was delayed but it was a little stressful and we weren't sure what was going on. Also, I would recommend the main phone number's mailbox to state that it is Eminent Limo because it just straight to a mail box and I was so worried that it was spam but the owner texted and we resolved the reservation issues. I would definitely recommend them but just know that in Chicago traffic anything can happen.
