Their customer service is always top-notch, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Thank you to the whole team for the great work you do--I really appreciate it!

I totally detest this location due to their inept apathetic ways and how Corporate just goes along with whatever they are doing at this place. Cameron is supposedly the manager I spoke with to correct the issue of being overcharged. Enterprise has never charged for spouses since I've been dealing with them in 1999. Yeah, they were the first to allow underage drivers but never have I ever seen this crap.

Daryl Payne, Jr. Is the model of how a customer service agent should be. He's professional, courteous, and engaging and that's important to me. As of now Enterprise 1820 West 87th Street got the rest beat! I like Nina too!

I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. Poor vehicle selection and poor management: specifically, Trent. There are a couple of good reps here but go to a different location. Save yourself a headache.

Do not waste your time coming to the Auburn Gresham location at 1820 W. 87th st. The vehicle selection and customer service here is terrible. I called ahead of time to reserve a vehicle based on the size I selected online and they told me it was "first come, first serve." When I got here, they kept telling me the vehicle were "reserved," and I would have to take a rundown pickup truck. The obese customer service agent at the desk told me she would take it. Well, my size doesn't require me to have to ride in a pick up truck bed. I paid for my reservation and want the vehicle type I chose. This is egregious. I contacted their customer support line and didn't get much help there either. I will never come here again and high suggest you don't either. Take the extra ride to oak lawn. This low-class place isn't worth the stop.

I have to come and give this entire staff a excellent review. I rented this truck to take a road trip from Chicago to West Des Moines , Iowa.y reservation was for 12pm.I work from home and don't live far. When I arrived there was a 30 minute delay total. Reason being, a lot of cars were gone due to parents taking their kids back to school. The first person I encountered was Bobby, bubbly personality, offered water and kept apologizing. Due to my inconvenience in waiting they upgraded my car to a suv! I was impressed. Once on the road I discovered a odor from inside the truck. Once I returned I told the young lady that helped me ( please forgive me but I didn't get her name) apologized for the smell and took $$ off my bill! I did not expect any of what I got throughout my experience there. I don't rent cars often as I have a car , but when I do I will definitely return! Good job guys!!

Unshoveled and unplowed snow on Saturday caused more than a few problems for many. After my shift ended around 8:30 there was about four inches of snow on the employee access road. And, it was still coming down. I slid into a concrete wall. The sensors in my car deployed front and back curtain airbags as well as driver seat airbags that I didn't even know I had. Seatbelt bruise across my chest and the left side of my face from hitting the window. Needless to say, I NEEDED to rent a car. I had a 1:00 appointment at Enterprise. Upon arriving my vehicle was not there. I was a bit early though. Throughout the entire process, the employees did a really good job of communicating each step with me. I eventually left with a nice car.

Rented a vehicle on Dec 4th, a bit of a wait, but its expected since many people were waiting to get the car rented or turned in. Daryl Payne Jr helped us out a lot and was very customer-oriented, friendly, and engaged in conversation with us while assuring the details of the vehicle, and the time it took to be ready, and even went though a showing of how to use it, assured the cleanliness of it and how efficient it is. Darly is a great customer service person and assures you he will answer your needs whenever. It's good to have a person who listens and is friendly while accommodating you during a bit of a wait. The car was well functioning, the only thing was that the left front wheel needed air compressed into it. Either then that, it's great on gas.

I live in the "middle" of two Enterprise stores, this was the first time that I was sent to this one on 87th Street. Despite being a busy Monday morning with many people renting due to accidents, the staff at this location kept their cool and worked swiftly to get everyone in their cars and one their way promptly. They were greeting everyone that came in through the door and making sure everyone was being helped. They picked me up at the auto repair shop and took me back once I returned the rental. The MANAGER was even WASHING cars! I been to other locations where I see the manager just sit there and let their employees struggle. The car that was assigned to me was CLEAN and smelled FRESH! Antonio (Branch Manager), Chi (Assistant Manager), and Bobby (CSR) are the best! Their customer service etiquette is on point, A+! They need to be cloned and sent out to other Enterprise Locations. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be back for any future rentals.
