Had a really easy car rental experience. They were efficient and friendly. Luke Murray was great at check out and answered all our questions.

They went above and beyond to get me a car that would be smaller to fit into my tiny city garage spot. My insurance approved me for a giant vehicle and impossible to park. I'm very happy I was able to get a smaller car.

Awful experience at this location, the Manager here does not care about the customers at all. Honestly he deserves no stars. I tried to call 3 different times to confirm my pick up time as my car was in the shop & insurance used this location for my rental car. I did not get an answer the 2 times I called, I was on hold for over 30 mins & had to hang up due to the long wait. The third time I called I waited on hold for 45 mins and finally spoke to the Manager who assured me that they will pick me up from the auto body shop (its 5 mins away from enterprise) at 1pm so I can get my rental car and be on my way. He said "We will have you out of here by 1:45pm the latest" my fault for believing his absolute lie. I needed to confirm as I was doing this on my lunch break which is only an hour so I made them aware of the situation and he made it seem like it would be no problem at all "we do this all the time" he said. The day comes and I had to wait at the autobody shop for 50 mins for a ride that is 5 mins away. The autobody shop even texted them multiple times to see where they were bc even they were like this is ridiculous how long I've been waiting and were apologizing for enterprises mistakes. I then get to the enterprise the car isn't even ready for me, they are still washing it. The same manager who promised me I would be out by 1:45pm the LATEST is now telling me that he is short staffed and only has 1 other employee working with him (is this my problem?) Also, why did you guarantee a specific pick up time if you knew it wasn't obtainable? I got there at 2:02pm and the care wasn't even ready, like really?? Really its terrible that the day before he was so confident and sure but then the time comes and its a totally different story/tone. So basically don't believe anything he says bc its probably a lie. I should of seen the long wait times to just talk to someone at this location as my source of truth bc as we all know, actions speak louder than words. Very bad business practices. Think twice before you rent from this location.

Always positive, always willing to help where they can to make your experience one that ensures you want to use this location every time you need to rent a vehicle. This was my first time using this location and they were great! I came in during an extremely busy time and the service could not have been better! They acknowledged us immediately and let us know how many people were ahead of us so we had an approximate wait time. They are very efficient and organized. Everyone we encountered from our first phone call to the day we dropped off the car was professional, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend this location and will definitely use their service again.

Easiest rental car experience ever! The guys who work at the goose island location called twice to confirm timing, made pickup easy, and called a day after I returned my vehicle to make sure everything went well. Will definitely be using this enterprise again.

Received a ticket from the city/ unfortunately never saw the ticket on my car. Enterprise wrote my address wrong - they also never emailed me my ticket only emailed me that I owed $25 which was automatically taken out on the CC on file. Since I did not know, I had a ticket it tripled to $183. The city of Chicago could not do anything since the car was not in my name - When I called Enterprise citation, nobody could help me for three months now they are telling me there's nothing they can do. Was told i would get a CX-30 or CX-3. Got a 4-Runner. They "botched the returns" or something like that. This office needs to realize that size change can be very difficult to manage with garage spaces. I could have had a more reasonably sized Porsche or Audi SUV but had to pay for it.

I have had a great experience with this Enterprise location since an auto collision and my car being totaled. Paul, in particular, has made my experience a solid 5 star. Armani, indeed, everyone has been really professional and kind. Great team, for sure! Thank you!

Well since I was asked to review here it goes. Starting w the auto. The worst car 2nd in my life in terms of comfortably ride. " THE WORST" It was a Kia w all the whistles. ( my passengeras well as myself ;;;;walked away like two old 90 y/0 as well as epsom salt baths and salonpas patches. ) The Kia Had lumbar support etc. but just terrible ! In all fairness this was not enterprise total fault but @ the price I paid it was terrible. Even w the Costco discount ! "So the bmw has no keys ! The other car had a flat. "Etc etc. Selection @ this location is poor and the day I rented was poor. Back to the car. Tank of gas was not full. The car was washed outside but the inside I had to stop and clean. 5 to six spots on the window w dirt/foggy visibility. Also I love dogs but not someone else's short white hair flying around the car as I got on The highway. Could this be a Hertz rent a car ??? Anyways I will definitely not rent from this location. I will go out of my way. After I checked the yelp comments I would of been warned. As crazy as lax is and so busy they keep the autos in top shape. Also Avis downtown was limited but I got @ least a Chevy equinox the the prior week and it was nice. !
