Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company when we went to rent a car, we called them finished the issues, we went the other day they asked for car insurance which is fine then they refused the debt card, we gave them the credit they said the car is not ready and tried to give us a different car. We didn't come to rent a car for free, they messed our day, we had to stay in the cold waiting for Uber, in addition we felt that we were not welcomed . I don't know why this all.. Is it a kind of racism???

Staff will not honor the car you reserve on your account and will claim it's because you showed up after the check in time you set. Ironically, if you show up on time or early for your appointment they will still not have what you're looking for and take an extra hour to get you into a vehicle. Won't be coming back - waste of time and money. The Avis in logan has 10x better customer service and car options!

We needed to run and pick up a box from Abt Appliances which was too large for our own sedan. We were going to get a truck rental from Home Depot, but they were unprepared and unprofessional. We needed something FAST. Mac Bauer and Enterprise saved the day. On a busy Saturday, right before they closed, we were in an SUV within an hour (timed from the call to the 800 line and preparation and pickup). We appreciated the veterans discount and the kind words from the 800 line operator. She was a pleasure to deal with and she found us a SUV that met our needs. When I picked up and then dropped off the next day, I became very impressed by the service and professionalism shown by Mac. The price was fair with unlimited mileage overnight and an immaculate SUV. We have used a different Enterprise near our car repair shop (3029 N. Kedzie) and our experience there was excellent as well. My wife and I plan to use Enterprise the next time we need to rent a vehicle.

We had to get a rental last minute after our car got damaged so I called a couple of enterprises to set-up a rental asap. When I called this location at around 4pm, they said that they can have one ready for us the next day, bright and early at 8am! When we got there, Princess helped us out - she was very nice, accommodating, and worked efficiently despite some hiccups with car availability! They gave us a 2022 Camry that was freshly washed. The return process was simple and hassle-free too. Kudos to Princess and her team for providing excellent customer service!

My boyfriend and I rented a Mazda SUV for 4 days on morning of 7/17/2022 from this location in Chicago in order to go to Virginia and then come back. In addition, while renting the car, i mentioned to them that i was going to VA and returning in 4 days. Next morning, when we woke up in Virginia, my dashboard was shown that something was wrong with the car. So i drove to an enterprise location in Virginia to rent another car with no problem since we were traveling so far. However, they didn't help me and then i went to a second location in Virginia and still there was no help. None of them came out to look at the control panel to see what was wrong with the car, AT LEAST. So i had to call from Virginia to where to Chicago. So enterprise in chicago where i originally rented the car told me to go to an airport location in VA so that we could return the broken car and then pick up a car that was reserved by an agent on the phone in Chicago. But i drove there only to be told they couldn't help!!! When i mentioned what is wrong with the car, NO ONE stepped out to look at the control panel warning, AT LEAST?!?!?! And then I called back to Chicago multiple times after my initial call and still was told same thing to go pick up a cat at a reserved location in Virginia. But i was turned down with no help. So i spent for whole 4 hours just like that, making calls to enterprise and driving from enterprises in VA. I was NOT satisfied with your service at all. So i had decided to return the car to enterprise after 4 hours since i didnt get ANY help from them and rent a car from Hertz. I paid what they asked me to pay so in return, i expect to rent me reliable car with excellent customer service, especially when i was driving hundreds of miles. Enterprise has NO DUE DILIGENCE whatsoever. After all this ordeal, i was charged fully when i returned that broken car. I didn't want to drive the car after that problem rose because it's my safety and it is not my car if anything more happens.

This is the closest enterprise to where I currently live . I have always had a good experience with my enterprises. Anyways I just got home from renting a truck for personal reasons. The whole staff was really nice. I got in and out pretty fast and it WAS really busy. I want to give a special shout out to Ryan B. For being an Angel when I was about to have a nervous breakdown because I was in a big hurry to get out of there and he helped me immensely. I also want to thank Deanna for going out of her way to help me as well. I'll be seeing you guys again soon. Keep up the good work and thank you.

I'm not someone why typically reviews anything ever but I needed to shout out the team working this location tonight (11/21). They were completely backed up with thanksgiving travelers and short on vehicles due to folks delaying their returns. This team went out of their way to get everyone into cars before closing for the evening. They handled everything kindly and patiently and even drove myself and other customers to a different location in order to get us on our way sooner. I can only imagine what working at a rental car service the week of thanksgiving is like - thank you for the excellent customer service!

Don't rent from them you can make a reservation a week in advance get there and they have no vehicles just wasting your time instead of calling and telling you that bad customer service
