I had no idea what to expect since it was my first time, but baby... they DELIVERED! Not only was it our friend's birthday celebration, but it turned into one of the most hilarious, creative, and downright FUN nights we've had in the city. Let's start with the true MVP of the evening: ABBY. THE. HOST AND KERRY Listen... Abby didn't just host. She guided our chaotic group like a game show goddess sent from above. She hyped us up, roasted us just enough to keep it spicy, and somehow made everyone feel like the star of the show. I am convinced she has superpowers--energy of a cheerleader, comedy timing of a stand-up comedian, and the organization skills of a professional event planner. If you go, do yourself a favor and REQUEST ABBY. No, seriously. Don't be shy. Ask for her by name. Write it on a sticky note. Tattoo it on your arm. Whatever you gotta do--JUST GET ABBY. Now the games... OH THE GAMES. These weren't your basic "I've done this before" party games. These were clever, custom-built, laugh-until-your-stomach-hurts kind of games. It felt like a mix of Family Feud, Minute to Win It, Jeopardy, and pure unhinged brilliance. * You compete in teams. * You scream, you dance, you attempt to spell words you suddenly forget how to spell. * Your competitive side WILL come out. * You will question your friendships (in the best way). By the end, we were sweating, laughing, and high-fiving like we just won the Super Bowl. Even the birthday person said, "This is the BEST birthday I've had in YEARS," and honestly... facts. The vibe? 10/10. The staff? Elite. The location in Lakeview? Perfect The memories? Core. Locked. In. I cannot stress this enough: Game Night Out is a MUST-DO Chicago experience. Whether it's birthdays, team events, date night, friends' night, or you just feel like being competitive for no reason--THIS IS THE PLACE. And remember... ASK FOR ABBY and KERRY!! She's basically Lakeview royalty at this point.

For the second year in a row, I've booked Game Night Out for my team's end-of-year activity. And for the second year, I'm so happy that I did! I can now say that GNO is consistently a great company to work with. Booking was a breeze, and they handled all the tech of bringing us on Zoom, breaking us into different Zoom rooms and using interactive game elements. And the games! Since this was our second time, they had all new games for us to play that were engaging, challenging in the best way and kept the fun going. So if you've already worked with them, don't worry that you can't do it again. Our hosts, Collin and Annelise, kept spirits high, everything on schedule and the games tabulated and rolling. So happy GNO still host virtual games, and if I'm ever in Chicago, I'd love to do one of their in-person game nights as well.

2nd year in a row the YELP OCA team had the pleasure of Game Night Out for our end of year team activity! So much freaking fun. And on top of all that, we were fortunate enough to have the same two hosts, Collin and Annelise. Honored that we had Annelise as a host for her very last event. My team, Slay All Day, sadly didn't win. But no complaints here. All the laughs, good energy, and creative games. It was a non-stop blast.

Our work team had a virtual game night out to celebrate the end of the year, and boy was it fun!! We played 5 different games on zoom and were broken up into teams. Even though my team, the Jingle Ballers, sadly came in 2nd by 1 point... we still had so much fun! Our hosts Anneliese and Collin were fun and led the various games with energy! It was such a fun night with our team. While they did mention they are stopping their virtual option, I'm sure their in-person offerings are just as fun! I would definitely recommend this for any work team or group of friends that love some competitive game play!

Guess who's back? Back again? The WINNERS are back. Tell your friends! That's right... my work team decided last year was just too much fun that we had to do our end of the year virtual party with Game Night Out again! And... it was such a BLAST, yet again! We were broken up into teams and put into game rooms where our hosts Collin and Annelise took us through a series of games and matches. They were hilariously witty, captivating, upbeat and fair game masters. We played entirely new games from last year! So kudos to Game Night Out for having lots of clever engaging games up their sleeves. (emoji claps) Again... I'd highly recommend this for a remote team building activity as you'll definitely share smiles and lots of lols via your reliable Wi-Fi connection. ;D

BOOK THIS EXPERIENCE! We had so much fun with our group of 8! Food/Drink: You can bring your own food but I would recommend eating before hand or bringing more snack foods as opposed to a whole dinner. You can order pre-made cocktails here, wine bottles, or beer cans. You have to finish all your alcohol and cannot take any leftovers home. When you arrive you get checked in and brought to a room which looks like someone's home (which I loved!). We had time to order our drinks, say hello to each other, and use the restrooms before the games started. We played a total of six games which were all fun and a good mix of old school board games with newer games you probably have not played. We were split into two teams and it fulfilled my competitive soul. A HUGE shoutout to Ben and Rio for being amazingly funny hosts who just went with the flow and our vibes! Our group can be chatty and hard to handle sometimes and they did such a great job keeping us paying attention and moving through the games seamlessly. Parking: there's parking available in the parking garage (game night is on the fourth floor of the century building) or street parking that's easy to find.

Atmosphere was relaxed and super fun! Had a blast with my coworkers. Hosts were super funny and treated us super well. I completely recommend this place to those that want the best team building or celebration experience! Highly recommend!!

Came for a bachelor party on 10/6/25 with a group of 10. Had an absolute blast! Abby and Chris were terrific hosts! Parking garage was a breeze. Clean and organized. Very clear instructions and examples were given on how to play each game. Wine and beer package was also very nice. I just really really liked the whole experience! But again, extra big shout out to Abby and Chris!!! They really were so fun and quick with a joke.

Went here with my teams and this place is soooo much fun. Very good team building. The game facilitators were awesome, the games were awesome and everyone was so engaged. Food and drinks were also available. Definitely a must if you want to do any team building or just have fun with ur group.

At most social gatherings, there's always a game or two lying around to get everyone mingling and I love it. This does not stop at the workplace. If you're reading this, you should know my company and if you know anything about the company I'm at, you know they throw a good party! ;D Our year-end team activity was virtual and hosted by the amazing people of Game Night Out. 1.5 hours flew by in the blink of an eye. The hosts, Collin and Annelise, were amazing and the games were fun and engaging. Annelise even created the hot potato game and how fun is that!? Game Night Out is highly recommended whether you want an in-person event or virtual. Five-stars!
