Do not trust this company. I had great tickets at a fair price lined up. I called them because I had bought from them in the past and wanted to buy from them again. Whoever answered the phone told me that the good tickets were going to be released at four o'clock. I called at right at 4 pm and they told me those were already sold but they had some other tickets 24 rows further back then the other tickets I had lined up for two hundred dollars more. They have turned in to a real garbage company. What ever you do for Concerts or sporting events do it with someone else.

I bought U2 tickets through them last Saturday (for Sunday's show) and it was really easy. I called and asked what my options were, and being cheap I asked what the difference was among the lowest 3 price ranges. The guy looked at the stadium, and honestly told me there wasn't much difference. I really appreciated him saving me $10. (Granted if I wanted to spend $70 more the seats would have been much better). I asked if the tickets would be at will-call or how I got them. He told me I could come in that day or the next day. I decided to go in that day. I just pulled up in front, put on my hazards, and ran in. It took less than 5 minutes for the guy to check my ID, get my tickets, and swipe my credit card. Oh, and everyone I saw was super nice. I will definitely go through them next time I need to buy tickets for something, they are a million billion times better than Ticket Bastard.

Just made my first purchase from Gold Coast Tickets for a Bulls game the other night. It was a very easy process, picked the tickets I wanted online and picked them up at their office the day of the game. I noticed there was a fee for having your tickets ship, so if you're in the city I suggest picking them up like I did. The price seemed totally fair and was even cheaper than other sites. Just refraining on a five star rating until I use them a few more times.

Careful using these folks as they make you drive to their office to pick tickets up. I paid 120% over face value of tickets for a recent show and when I showed up at will-call (like an idiot, that was my fault) they didn't have my tickets. I'm not irked about paying almost 90 bucks for a 35 dollar show, I'm upset that I had to pay face value to re-buy tickets that were sitting in their office god-knows-where in the city!

15.00 RIP OFF FEE I ordered ticks to Jersey boys THEY charged me a 39.00 fee and a 15.00 shipping fee. I was told to call Gold Coast tickets when I called they could not find my order. Their was a girl working their today 10-24-09 this morning and she was RUDE and said we don't delivery out side the loop. I live in the Gold Coast and its Gold coast tickets so the 15.00 Delivery fee is a RIP OFF. oh and they advertise no service charges. After my review they called me back and made things right gave me a updated ticket so they say I went with my my 15 year old girl she loved it. so all is well for now Just ask question on the fee's

People - have you ever dealt with a ticket broker? Do you know what a ticket broker is? It is their job to sell tickets. They don't necessarily have the tickets in hand...that is why we see the same tickets over and over again on different web sites for different prices. Common sense - if you are buying the tickets close to event time - pick up the freakin phone and call them. They will tell you exactly what you have to do, where the tickets are, whether they are still available, etc. I've found that their prices are usually competitive, and they also have bought tickets from me for a good price. I don't know that knowing any particular person makes a difference, as I think most of their tickets are from other brokers and they are just scalping a small profit. The ones that they have in office, I've found are reasonable. When I need to use a ticket broker, I call them.
