There are few arcade games including basketball & pinball machines. One pin was down. Arcade area is separate from the main bar and dining area. We like it, because we didn't get food, we just go played the games. Also there is mini bar inside the arcade room. We stopped by here for about an hour. We enjoyed. I wish they have more games and they fix the broken ones.

I kinda don't want to review this, so it stays at low key as it was when we visited. But here I am. We had a ball ending our night here. The games are pretty minimal, but they were free so who cares? We played lots of basketball and skeeball, so essentially that in itself made my night. We ordered a few drinks from the bar, and played pinball, Mrs. Pacman, and I think Turtles or Mortal Combat. The bartender was cool, and hooked us up with some pizza since it seemed to be a pretty slow night. The vibe is pretty chill and it's not very big, but again for us it was a pretty fun way to end our night

It was not the most welcoming environment. Upon walking into the area with games, the tables were all set up for an event the next day. I sat down at one of the spots and moved a glass and someone IMMEDIATELY came out of nowhere and told me "Don't touch my stuff, I set this all up for tomorrow." It felt like we weren't meant to be there. The games were all free though which was nice.

A nice smaller bar and arcade right across from Merchandies Mart. It is really not that much, but it is still fun and has the basics if you want to get a quick drink or quick game of basketball or ski ball in. A few pinball here like Ghostbusters, the legendary Mars Attack, and a few arcades. It has the perfect location but in my opinion if ANY true arcade opened up closed to Michigan Ave and this downtown area it would be SWAMPED. The closest true arcade/bar is HQ Beercade and it's a little out of the way of the tourist alley of Michigan Ave. Still, Hipoint is a fun place and something to do and any place with arcades and pinballs gets automatic stars from me
