Terrible experience. Food was mediocre--$17 for frozen, undercooked fries is a joke. Service was the worst I've had at any airport. Took 15 minutes just to get the staff to stop chatting and take our order. Only one of the three behind the bar could actually serve customers--feels like a union setup with no urgency. This place badly needs a manager or supervisor on-site. Awful experience. Amy, one of the staff members, had the worst attitude--openly rude and even mocking customers right in front of them. A food runner was visibly using voice-to-text on their phone while delivering food and was speaking loudly, using vulgar language within earshot of all guests--completely unprofessional and inappropriate.

have never encountered a ruder person than the aggorant female that took our order. During the 15 min we were there her attitude and aggressive manner caused 7 customers to leave. She preferred to stay in the back glaring at potential customers and socializing with the other staff. This person should not be in a position that engages with the public.
