If you've been even the slightest bit interested in trying hypnotherapy, I highly recommend you give Isabelle a try! She's easy to connect to, works out of a great space that feels safe and comforting, and has a soothing voice that slips you right into your subconscious. I had been wanting to try it out for awhile and don't regret it at all. We did a couple sessions on my childhood trauma and I felt like I made space for a safe foundation to practice from. We also did a past life regression, which I'm currently doing some homework on and can't wait to schedule my follow-up session.
