Got an offer for a free sandwich. Ordered online for this location. I didn't know it was a ghost kitchen. Pick up was easy. I got a text message that told me what locker and then opened the locker. For the food, everything was as promised and hot. They did not have ketchup packets. Luckily I had ordered ranch to dip my fries in. The cluck sandwich was good size. Make sure you grab napkins and indicate on your order if you need anything to be added. Little modifications can be made once order is in.

This type of pickup may be the wave of the future. While I'd prefer a sit down, Jack in the Box, this satisfied our needs. Curly fries are a bonus. Bacon cheeseburger and mini tacos were good as well.

I'm giving this a 5 star because I love jack in the box and we really don't have it up here. So we went to the first location pop kitchen for jack was a bust don't waist your time so that one is on superior st. DONT GO THERE! So we decided to come to the Rockwell location in the north side. Let me tell you about this one , so let's get into it you can't eat here or drive through either so you have to order through uber eats or another food app. So only carry out or delivery guys and girls. So I took a picture of the building of the outside so you guys can see if you come here and as you can see there's no jack in the box logo.

I was a little confused at first, but it's alright. With the anticipation of Jack in the Box coming (back) to Chicago (because I absolutely manifested it), there's a little multi-restaurant kitchen that's churning out online orders "The Rockwell Food Center." I thought it was a standalone store until I arrived very confused. I had to order on DoorDash and not the JIB app itself. It took about 20 mins to fulfill my order and the staff were nice when I came to pick up the food. The food itself is presented in JIB's bags and wrappers. The food itself is good. I've missed Jack in the Box so this is nice. Not the prettiest presentation of the wrap and mini tacos but nonetheless it was still good. The burger's good. And my drink was a standard bottle instead of a fast food cup. Overall not bad. I got my JIB fix and I'm excited for when they open up shop in Chicagoland.

i would have given a couple more stars but I went yesterday at 8pm I was told they were closed!!! They are supposed to be open until 12am that's a 4 hr difference!!! I was there for their grand opening I didn't mind waiting 45-60 minutes!! To try it out but this is ridiculous and they don't even have their drive thru working properly, you have to go to the end of the block go through the alley or backside of the other establishments to get to their drive thru menu and speaker system place your order and still wait!!! I thought by now they would have their stuff together!!! If you got a lot of time to kill to wait this is the place for you!!! Everyone else save yourself you time and money and just go somewhere else!!

I have missed Jack in the Box and I could only find it in other states, was happy I was able to find it in Chicago. Love their fries, the hamburgers were a bit salty, is the only downside to it. I had to order online since when I went in there, the restaurant did not come up on the kiosk. Once the order is placed a text message will be sent with the door number and once you click you're there the door will open for you to get your food. Very easy.

Every place I vacation to, if there's a Jack in the Box, I'm there! They have so many food items, I always order everything I can! From boba iced coffee, to teriyaki chicken bowl, to of course the sauced and loaded tiny tacos, every item is a great fast food item to have when you're having munchies or craving different sandwiches, tacos, or even fast food teriyaki bowl! Door dash delivery has always been okay, drive through service I've never had a problem with, but will always recommend this fast food place!
