We used to go to Elvis night when my daughter was 3 and 4 yrs old she loved him! She would watch him so mesmorized it was cute! He was very nice to her too! He let her sing one time and he brought her a light up Christmas tree lighting necklace and he had a matching one! It was adorable! What ever happened to him?? I know he was talking about Vegas but the Covid hit and we never heard from him again. Does anyone remember what was his real name or how to get ahold of him on Facebook or something. We would love to go see him one night if he is still in the area! You really should bring that back, it was a busy night and a lot of fun! We had some food there and it was pretty good too. I hope Elvis comes back I think a lot of people would come back and see him. I mean he did the splits on the bar by the window! Now that's an Elvis lol!

Who knew that a Jewel grocery store would have a bar inside of it? Well I sure didn't until I went to Kinzie on the rocks. Jewel-Osco's own in store bar In fact, I wasn't even sure that I was in the right place, since there are no signs when you enter the Jewel. Here's a hint, when you enter the store, turn right and go all the way to the corner. The bar and event space are kind of small, but, can fit 30 to 50 people easily. We went to this bar for an event, they seem to hold a lot of them in this space. They always have drink specials, and, if there is an event, they usually have appetizers and a chance to win prizes, courtesy of different companies along with good music. I had some time to kill before meeting up with a friend and went to Jewel because I love food shopping. I then saw this bar inside Jewel and decided to have a couple of drinks there, and it was a surprisingly good experience! I had a couple of Miller Lites, which were only $3 each after tax, and I wasn't even expected to tip (bartender asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no, and that was that). Moreover, there are a couple of TVs to watch sports, as well as free Jewel WiFi. I ended up doing some work while enjoying my beer, which was way more enjoyable than working at a Starbucks.

The Kinzie on the Rocks is a bar located in Jewel. I think the concept is ingenious because you can drink before going grocery shopping! This bar hosts many parties and celebrations. I had the opportunity to go to an event, and I had a great time listening to music and eating and drinking the samples that were provided. I bought some wine for 2 dollars, and it was delicious!

A nice small bar located inside of Jewel. I was sent an invite via email to the Jameson Black Barrel Holiday Party. When I arrived the line wasn't that long. After, I checked in I was giving a raffle ticket and some free goodies. It was a nice after work event with live music DJ by Enrique. He was jamming on the turntables. Nice old school music. Special $3.00 Jameson Black Barrel Cocktails. Free delicious pulled pork sandwiches with Charboy's Sauces, chicken wings and cole slaw. A mixologist who was mixing up free samples of some tasty Jameson holiday cocktails (Crimson Cranberry Punch, inverted Black Barrel Irish coffee, Hot Toddy's, and Jameson infused desserts. Plus prizes, and giveaways and many surprises throughout the night. I came alone but I ended up mingling and meeting some friendly and wonderful people.

This is our favorite bar in Chicago - and I'm not joking!! Great neighborhood feel, friendly and awesome bartenders, cheap drinks and always a good mix of people. We stop by all the time while running errands and sometimes when we're not even running errands!

I went for wine and organic dinner event which was hosted by Wasburne cooking school . Since I don't eat beef the chef plated a special without steak for me which i appreciatd very much.My friends and I had a fantastic time and we will certainly be back.

So I happened across this place while stopping by Jewel's to grab a few items and found it to be pretty FUC. Similar, yet different from the Mariano's and Whole Food's beer and wine bars and is more of a typical bar than the aforementioned. Prices are no different from your average bar $6-$8/drink so unlike Mariano's and WF, don't expect to come here on the cheap. Side note: You may or may not be able to bring your own beer/wine from the store and they may or may not open it for you. Try it and see ;)

I've wanted to visit this venue for several years and finally made it. What a treat! Great service, friendly atmosphere. We don't actually shop at Jewel Osco but we will likely be back for the bar.
