$151 per person to see and 'experience' an obstructed concert; food and drink included. The food was average and a cattle call line, the beer tasted watered down by the end of the night. Only one drink per person after waiting in line 20 minutes. It's just an ok atmosphere and a bucket list mark off, but that's about it. Not happy with the drunk married women hitting on my husband the whole time we were there. Honestly, a waste of money. Not doing that again .......

Unfortunately this place has become a victim of the giant scoreboard in right field. There are literally two seats in the entire venue where you can see home plate. On top of that, compared to other neighboring rooftops, the food sucks, selection is limited, and there's only one area to get it so the line gets absurdly long. There are two bars, where they serve you beers in an 8oz cocktail glass. The cost of the ticket is somewhat reasonable but considering you can only see 30-40% of the field, the Costco level pre-cooked food, it's not worth it. Cough up a few extra bucks and go a few doors south.

The price of this place compared to the Wrigley Rooftops is about the only positive. The staff was nice and attentive, but they needed a few more people to handle the food and drink lines. The food line was 25+ minutes nearly the entire game and the beer lines got bad at times, but they would only serve one beer. This made it a pain for older people in our group to go up and down the stairs to get drinks. You can only really see 2nd and 3rd base and a portion of left field. The TV was a national broadcast from FOX for the Cards/Cubs and was on probably a 20 second delay. You can imagine how unfortunate it is to hear a player hit a home run, hear the crowd cheer, and then see it come up on the TV after 2 more pitches. If you're looking for a less expensive place to get together a large group this is it. I would compare it to standing in any bar in Wrigleyville and watching the game... aside from the included food and drinks. Would not pay to go back.

On October 29th, 2014 my wife called me from work. I remember this date clearly because her call interrupted that home in the middle of a marathon of the Deadliest Catch. Against my better judgement I answered the phone. This one particular phone call would single handedly forever change my life and the lives of three other people I truly care for. Before I could even get the speaker to my ear I could hear her going on and on about something. Her elated tone immediately convinced me that two of two things were gonna happen: 1. I was gonna be $pending a large amount of money 2. She was calling to ask me if I was interested in doing something we were going to be doing regardless if I was truly interested or not. If I would have had even an inkling, back in October, that the evening of August 29th, 2015 would have turned out the way it did I would've not only NOT picked up the phone, I would've just bored a plane for the Orient, grown a mustache (not one of those stupid waxy ones), and lived the rest of my days out as a Jewish American Ninja. As you can probably assume by this point I answered the phone. My wife told me that she came upon a GROUPON for a concert at Wrigley Field featuring one of her favorite bands, FOO FIGHTERS and my favorite, Naked Raygun. Oh yeah, as a bonus, one of the most legendary rock bands of all time, Cheap Trick, was gonna be tossed in the mix. The stuff dreams are made of, right? How could this not be amazing? LAKEVIEW BASEBALL CLUB, thats how. LAKESIDE BASEBALL is the BILL COSBY of roof tops, they lured us in making us think we had nothing to worry about and the next thing we know, the concerts over and we can't even describe the experience. This GROUPON "deal" cost $150.00 for me and an additional $150.00 for my wife. A total of $600.00 for our entire party. Thats right, unbeknownst to my wife and I, we flushed our friend's hard earned money down the toilet along with ours. When we purchased the tickets their was no mention of an obstructed view. To be fair to LAKEVIEW BASEBALL CLUB, they may not have been aware of how the renovations at Wrigley Field would effect the view of the field from their building, but once the wall was constructed and they realized that they would only be able to offer a majorly obstructed view from their building they should have offered a partial refund to their customers who paid the full price, prior to the construction of the obstruction. Long story short, we paid a ton of money to eat middle of the road bar food on the roof of a brownstone with absolotuly NO CHANCE of seeing any of the bands we'd been waiting almost a year to see. So let me put this out there: LAKESIDE BASEBALL CLUB got our money almost a year in advance and knew for a long time that the view of Wrigley Field from their establishment was severely limited. Even with this insider knowledge, the good folks over at LAKESIDE BASEBALL CLUB put their conscious aside and allowed us to think we were going to be able to enjoy the concert from their establishment. They took our money and offered little to nothing in return. The staff at LAKESIDE BASEBALL CLUB was extremely pleasant and building was clean but this IS NOT the place to enjoy a CUBS game or a musical performance. Not only could be not see the bands, the sound quality on the roof of the LAKESIDE BASEBALL CLUB was hot garbage as well. The only way I would consider not trashing this place to everyone I meet if is they admit that they knowingly ripped us off and refund us our money. I talked to a bunch of my other, more fortunate friends, who heard and SAW this concert from inside the friendly confines and they regarded it as the performance of a lifetime. THANKS FOR NOTHING LAKESIDE BASEBALL CLUB.

STOP DO NOT BY TIX FROM LBC...SCAM!! Purchased tix for large corporate event on 5/8/18 game vs. Marlins. Arrived at the location 10 minutes before game time to find it locked down. Attempted to call the local number only to find is was disconnected. No return message from email address posted on website. have contacted BBB and local authorities to report fraud. Strongly urge anyone knowing persons affiliated to LBS to report to authorities as well. UPDATE*** Did finally receive a refund from LBC. however sure it's no coincidence only happen after posting this review. Their explanation was that a pipe burst, can't see how that's possible since there wasn't a work vehicle or anyone present at the location. I would still never do business with LBC... very unprofessional organization.

If you like to be around bunch of power drinkers because they still think their in college and their moms are not watching over them, this is your spot! If you want unlimited alcohol and food however it takes an hour to get one burger, this is your spot. Sell the building to the Cubs.... rooftops have turned into a joke...

This is one of my favorite rooftops! They have good food, a nice view of the stadium, and excellent indoor seating. My favorite is their rib sandwich, but everything was above average. This place more so than other rooftops has a much smaller feel and if you have a good group of friend you will love it!

The experience was cool. The food was good and there was a good selection of drinks. If you want to go and hang out with the sounds of a concert or ball game behind you than this is a great place. If you want to see the stage or every play than you'll have to go to the game. All you can eat and drink is hard to beat when you consider what it would cost in the stadium. There is a big scoreboard blocking much of your view.

This is my 4th rooftop experience, but first time here. This place felt more like home and less like a corporation!!! I would also love to thank the LBC for there hospitality and great staff too! Check-in was very easy...other rooftop venues make you show three forms of ID (not really but it feels like it). Everyone headed up to the third floor for food and drink. The food was great. They had everything you could want at a baseball game: beef sandwiches, grilled brats with grilled onions, boneless rib sandwich, hot dogs and grilled chicken. Along with various toppings like hot giardiniera (which went great on the beef), pickles, tomatoes, sport peppers, tomatoes, onions, etc... There was also a hot pretzel machine with a hot cheese dispenser. Mmm hot cheese...I need one of these in my house. There was also a nacho bar too. Desert included brownies and cookies. Some ice cream would have went great on such a cold night. The bartenders were really nice too. They had lots of personality and took the time to actually talk to the customers. So everything was in place for a perfect evening...all we needed was a Cubs Win!!! But after 9 innings the score stood at 0-0...which translates into a boring game! Tyler Colvin came to the plate with a runner on first and smacked a double for a Cubs walk off win. The drizzle that was starting to fall could not ruin this perfect moment!!! I can hardly wait to come back to the LBC for some summer baseball fun (hopefully it will be warmer next time).
