I love this place. My kind of barrr, wait, that's a song. If R.L.'s for lobster roll is that babes lunch place, burger with pulled pork piled on, here at Jack's Tap, is mine. Don't forget he tater tots. Food is big, fresh and burgers are awesome. Ok, wings and other stuff works well too. I like the woodsy feel, and the off Michigan Ave location.

This company is truly extremely very Unorganized It's no joke ! I have no idea how exactly they can Stay in business ? My oldest son worked in Legoland in Goshen this past summer When they hired him he received "No schedule" Whatsoever ! You have to guess what day & time You had to be there to work ! I've send them emails to no response This speaks volumes how this Company conducts business I wouldn't recommend anyone to Work for this company ! Please take time to read this Before you decide to apply !! Others have said exactly the same Thing ! This company needs and can be Doing much better !

The firecracker wings were delicious! Was a nice sweet and spicy + creamy without taking away the crunch from the breading. Good breading. The medium buffalo sauce is OK but nothing special. The cheese curds was also really good with good breading! Pro tip: dip the cheese curds in the firecracker wing sauce. SO GOOD!

The wings here are not even really mediocre. They are lower grade hooters to be honest with similar breading and taste. the chicken tenders on the buffalo salad are also stale and tough. Burger was fairly good per someone else at the table. Not of this was terrible mind you, just not very good. Looks like a great liquor selection but very poor beer selection which is odd considering the word tap is in the name. On tap was basically the big American boring beers (bud, coors, etc). Craft selection is like 5 beers.

Hello, April 19, 2023 I was a season ticket holder and Stadium Club member for years, Club level, Craig Hodges was my ticket rep. I gave up the tickets I think in about 2011 or 12. I can't remember exactly. This year I am sharing a season ticket package with some friends and excited to get back to the ballpark/stadium club. Last night my wife and I took some clients to the game and here was our experience. About 5:30PM we went to the stadium club. Upstairs section, for something to eat. I'd say the room was at bout 30% capacity. Most people were on the rails, plenty of tables and open seats at the bar. The lady at the front desk directed us to take a table on the far side of the bar. (near that little back bar) Great, we thought we'd grab something to eat and be out of there by the second inning or so expecting to miss an inning or three. We sat down and a server came and took a drink order. We are not big drinkers. Three waters and one beer. That came to us quickly and she said she'd be back in a minute to take our food order. Remember this is now about 5:45PM. Nobody came back to our table for about 45 minutes. I went to the bar and asked if I could order from the bar, I ate at the bar many times. I was thinking when the food comes to the bar, I can just get it and bring it to our table for our clients. My wife and I. A worker noticed me leaving the table and walking toward the bar and asked if they could help. I told them my idea and they said "oh sorry about that, you can go back to your table we'll get someone over there real soon." So I went back to the table. It's now about 6:30PM give or take. We wait at the table about another 20 minutes or so and I flag a server. She was very nice and obviously very stretched. I was sensitive to the fact that she probably was not even responsible for our table, She looked very frazzled, but she said she'd take our order in a minute, so we stood by. About 10 minutes later she returned and took our order. Two Wedge salads, Two cheeseburgers, Two orders of rib tips. It's now about 7PM. About another 45 minutes goes by with no service, no recognition and no food. I suggested to our party that we just leave and grab a hotdog downstairs, but my wife did not agree so we stayed. Finally, just around 8PM our food arrives but the bus boys did not want to give it to us because there was no server with them so they actually started to walk away. I spoke up and asked them not to leave, that I will take the food from their trays and put it on our table. They did not let me do that, but they then did put the food on our table. The food: The salads were great, the cheeseburgers were great except they brought us three and we only ordered two. Both wives had a cheeseburger. They took the third one back. The rib tips were inedible. They were so burnt that they were as hard and dry as a rock and no amount of sauce (and they put a lot of sauce on them) could disguise how bad they were prepared. However, at this point we just wanted to eat and get out. It was about 8PM already. So we ate and waited for our bill, and waited and waited and out bill came around 8:45PM and to boot it still and that third cheeseburger on it that we never ordered. So we finally get up to leave and the server innocently asked me "how was everything" I did not want to take any frustration out on her, she was working very hard, and besides I was with clients so I wanted to remain calm a and cool. So I just quietly said to her that we had a very disappointing experience and, we now missed the entire game (game was ending). I have been at the stadium club probably hundreds of times over the years and never experienced anything like this and it seemed no one cared. I have been in retail most of my career and one bad experience out of many I can understand. That was my mindset. However, the server very nicely apologized and suggested I talk to Sam the manger and inform Sam of our experience. The tone was very pleasant and professional, and I appreciated the server's sincere concern. The server (can't remember her name but she went to Queen of peace HS:) offered to let Sam know, who I quickly learned was sitting at the bar right behind us about 8 feet away. Sam was in a conversation with another employee of the stadium club. The server went and stood by Sam and politely waited for a break in Sam's conversation vs. interrupting. The server waited and waited and waited and Sam never acknowledged the server. I could see the server, who was busy, and was getting flustered that Sam would not even acknowledge her, standing right in her view. So after a few minutes, I went and stood next to the server directly in Sam's sightline figuring that for a customer Sam would surely engage. She did not. She stared right though me as I waited for an opportunity to speak with her. After I waited and waited and waited I finally simply spoke up and said "Sam, can I interrupt you for a moment?" no help at all
