The only reliable smoke shop that's open till midnight nearly every day. Best to use cash since it's 10.00 minimum to use your card. Selections are all pretty decent. They have flavored king palms but they go relatively fast. Decent set up and an array of paper options. Good to decent service as well.

10/0 experience. Owner helped me pick the perfect piece within minutes plus threw in a bunch of freebies. Definitely worth the drive from the city especially if you're near O'Hare. Great prices and service with a plethora of quality pieces and accessories. Will definitely be back in the future

This place has gone down the drain. I been going for years. They jacked up all their prices and have no love for their loyal customers. There are other options that are better. Don't waste your time or money here

The people who work here are super friendly and helpful. They asked me questions about what I was looking for and helped guide me through my options, taking my feedback and presenting relevant options. They gave me a discount (I don't know why - but I appreciate it) and gave me some screens and pipe cleaners for free. Very nice place!! (oh also they gave a couple that came in asking to buy some face masks to go into the McDonald's across the street, they offered to pay but the owner? insisted they take them for free. Just a bunch of nice people at this store. I wish I lived closer and or had an excuse to go in more often.

I've been coming here at least once a week for the past year and have generally had great experiences. Almost everything in the shop is over-priced but this has not bothered me because the staff always gave excellent service. They were always friendly and knowledgeable, which lead to great experiences that overshadowed the costs. I don't mind paying extra for great service. Recently they've added a new staff member who is neither knowledgeable in the slightest or friendly. Seeing a new face, I tried to introduce myself and asked how her day was going. She showed no interest in getting to know a loyal customer and couldn't be bothered to answer how she was doing. It felt like a "get your shit and get out" kind of experience. Which I had never felt before (usually I'll hang around and chop it up with whoever is working for a few minutes). I figured I'd give her the benefit of the doubt, since we all have bad days. But I went in again and received the same abrasive treatment. Bad vibes completely ruin the experience and make you feel crumby for overpaying. I want to continue giving this spot my business but I come explicitly for the service. Without the positive vibes, it's just another run of the mill smoke shop. If you do decide to stop by, just hope that you get the pleasure of meeting Chuck, Louie, or Bosco. They are all awesome, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They will make sure that you're well taken care of and you'll feel good about buying from them.
