Worst customer service except for Lulu who greeted us at the door, which is the only reason they are getting a 2 star instead of one. I went there to return items that were purchased online. The cashier made this experience incredibly difficult and tried to get me to set up a profile without explicitly telling me so when I only asked her to run my email address and see if I have one set up. She then kept asking for a receipt when I showed her the order emails without explaining why what I showed her won't work. Finally she's able to confirm the return, she then told us that she would not be able to refund to our PayPal unless we show her the credit card, or this would be a store credit. It's been a difficult experience so far, but what struck me the most was lack of empathy and the nonchalance attitude from the cashier (who appeared to be in charge that day) in the entire process. The cashier even completely ignored me when i said no to store credit and told her because I would never want to spend money in their store after such an experience. Like I said, I will never return to this store again or buy from lululemon for that matter. For this price tag, there are other options out there with way better service and experience.

Nicolette did a great job with helping me. She went above and beyond finding a specific size in the store. There's like a radar detector that beeps faster when they are close to the item they are looking for which I think is really cool. When she went on a break, her coworker and I was in the fitting room the associate there seamlessly stepped in and helped me find things. Everyone in general was extremely kind!

Worst customer service ever. I'm not sure who trains the people who work here, but the bare minimum you expect is eye contact when checking out from the cashier. I was exchanging an item for a smaller size, and Kate (the manager?) wasn't going to honor the original price I got the item for for the exchange "cause it's usually a one time discount." For an exchange of an item ordered online. Make it make sense. Please have better customer service. Make people feel welcome. Edit: Reading other reviews is giving me the idea that they're only welcoming to caucasians. Go figure.

This Lululemon store far more than just a regular storefront. In addition to having a nice selection of both men and women's athletic apparel and fitting rooms, they also offer services and amenities you wouldn't typically expect including garment tailoring/alterations on Lululemon purchases, Mirror home gym demonstrations, studios offering workout classes, a meditation room, locker rooms, a cafe with smoothie bar and the store has both stairway and elevator access to the second floor. There is free parking available through the parking garage off Sheffield, and an elevator that takes you directly into the store. Overall, they seem to have thought of everything with the new concept design and I would recommend visiting this location whenever you're in the Chicago area.

The lady who greeted me answered my question about what I was looking for and directed me upstairs. There, I met Becks who was so sweet and helpful! The cashier was a little blunt about my question but yknow. Woukd come here again! There are meditation rooms and a cafe! It's a nice place to study. They also validate parking!

This store seemed to nail it with the new design, concept, and amenities. It's big but yet quaint and small even though it is two stories. And I was glad to see that the women's section is located on the ground floor instead of making women go to the second floor like some stores will do. At first when I walked in it looked a little overwhelming but I quickly found it very easy to shop and find my way around. The staff I came in contact were helpful. I did venture to the second floor because I wanted to check out the cafe, but it looked closed. They have two studios on the second floor and right now you can get three classes for $30.00 or $15.00 for drop-in class. There's a mediation room and just outside the room along the wall are comfortable cushioned sofa chairs. The Men's section is also upstairs. I had passed by the store when they were doing construction and thought, Another Lululemon store? But the company definitely put some thought into this store's layout and design. As a result, it really provides a more fulfilling shopping experience. Worth heading to Lincoln Park!

I'm not one to ever leave reviews, but this is the one exception. I went on a weekend not too busy with my family. I see employees greeting everyone left and right. We looked around on the first floor and then the second. I even made eye contact with them. I guess because we are Hispanic nobody wants us there. At least the impression I was left with. The only reason I purchased was to get the parking ticket validated. And to top it off the store is so big, and they don't have enough merchandise. To be in customer service myself I understand how important it is to make everyone feel welcomed. This is the first and last time ever going to that location.

Yeah no... I was the only African American person in the establishment and no one acknowledged me or tried to help me when I clearly was looking lost. And even if I wasn't looking lost...no one greeted me when I walked in and I was definitely looking through the aisles for more than 25 minutes so SOMEONE could've come up to me and asked if I was doing okay because I saw two people on the floor who weren't doing anything but asking other people if they were okay. I even connected eyes with one of the employees and still nothing. I don't want to say it was racist but if the shoe fits... I also think it's ironic because they have an inclusivity flag in front of the store. The only reason im giving two stars is because they have a studio and cafe upstairs which I thought was cool. Everything else was a no for me.
