We booked a trip to Cancun with Ok Travel a few years ago and everything was Ok. The hotel was really nice, the flight not so good we couldn't pick our seats. The Resort had a "Travel Club" and they were relentless about getting us to join. Inviting us to go to a meeting, we had limited time and this was very annoying. I suppose this is not the travel agency's fault. The past few years we have tried to book something with OK travel but they take really long to get back to us. We end up looking on Expedia finding great packages and booking it ourselves. We get an email from OK Travel sometimes a week after we call and by then we found something else that's better than what they were offering.

I have used Karen to plan several of my travels and she is the best. She gives you honest and truthful recommendations and will find you a place with your highest priorities in mind whether it be food, entertainment, location, etc. She's the best at finding you the best rates and great flight times. You will have different insurance plans/payment plans based on the resort and airline and Karen is sure to explain everything in great detail. I have never had a hiccup during any of my travels booked through Karen. I HIGHLY recommend her.

I'm always recommending Ok Travel to my friends and family, but I figured I'd spread the word even more with this review. This is my one stop shop for planning my trips and it should be your one stop shop as well. Their price matching and payment plans alone make it worth doing business with them. Karen and the rest of the wonderful women in the office have awl wealth of knowledge on where to travel and where to stay in your travels. They always find the best deals for you and will adjust the price in the event things become cheaper. I can rest easy knowing they've taken care of all my travel needs and all I have to do is show up on time at the airport with my bags. Can't thank these women enough for making traveling easier and more affordable.

Karen Kimmy helped my husband and I plan our honeymoon in Jamaica. She was absolutely fantastic to work with and very responsive! I would HIGHLY recommend OK Travel. They made the entire process simple and easy (which was a HUGE help since it was our first time out of the country). Every step of the way, she was there to answer all of our questions. 6 weeks ago my sister and I walked in looking for information on a vacation package to Cancun. The three ladies where so attentive and helpful! They let us sit on their couch and pointed us to the brochures on the wall for us to look at while they took care of their other customers. After a few minutes Karen asked us if their was something she can help us with and we advised her of our plans. She asked about our passports and we advised had plans to apply next day. I guess she thought we where joking. She pretty much looked at us crossed eyed and said we had no chance in getting our passports by the date of travel. Well jokes on you and your crummy customer service. Not only did we get our passports ON TIME with weeks to spare...we booked a great package with a different agency. Situations like this make me think we didn't have the right color shirts on.

Big THANK YOU to Karen Kimmey for arranging our Honeymoon. We just returned from Riviera Maya and couldn't have asked for more. Karen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the different spots that were best for us in December/January. We had some ideas and discussed them with Karen. She was honest and up front about peak seasons for certain locations that were out of our budget and suggested other places. She never pushed one location or one resort on us and gave us plenty of options. We chose the Valentin Imperial Maya in Riviera Maya. It is an all-inclusive resort, adults only that we absolutely loved. Huge pool with multiple swim up bars. The beach was right there as well. Great on-site restaurants. The BEST customer service from all the staff from the maid service, to the wait staff and bartenders to the concierge. The weather was perfect as Karen promised. She provided transportation from the airport to the resort and back and assigned us a rep to book all of our excursions which went seamlessly. My mom has been using OK Travel and working with Karen for 20+ years so I knew I was in good hands having her help with my honeymoon. When trying to research everything on my own it got crazy right away and I just didn't want to deal with it. Glad we chose OK Travel and Karen to help set up our dream honeymoon. I highly recommend using OK Travel if you don't want to spend hours, days weeks scouring the internet for the best deals. Fernando

Planning my first trip to Mexico was starting to get a little hectic. I can plan a vacation anywhere in the US in minutes but was really struggling with what hotel, not knowing you should book airport transfer in advance, what to do/see, and where to stay. That's when I realized I needed help ASAP! I found OK Travel thanks to google and haven't turned back since. I tend to stick to Southwest when flying and love that SW is who they mainly choose! Can't beat free bags! They have now booked 3 amazing Mexico vacations for me and I could not be happier. I have also referred 3 family members who have also booked with OK Travel and were extremely happy. (where's my discount for referrals?! ;) ) They are extremely helpful and have your best interest in mind. Will be booking my 2017 travels with them shortly!
