This place is still amazing, I have been going here for 6 years and it has been the greatest customer experience!! Update : Still been going here since they first opened. I love this hookah bar, John and Helen are friendly and always take care of us

This is place is beautiful, chill and clean. A few friends and I came here for hookah and a relaxing time and we got it. The bar is BYOB but provides non-alcoholic drinks such as tea, water and hot chocolate and the hookah is either regular or CBD depending on what you would like. There are a few big screen TVs hung up and it gives a very nice lounge feel. It's nice and clean, we weren't bothered, and I may have accidentally tapped the sink while washing my hands in the restroom and it let out a beautiful chiming noise. Bring dinner and/or drinks and have a good time :-)

I don't usually Yelp many places, but I felt compelled to do so. This has to be one of the worst hookah lounges that I've ever been too and I've been to plenty hookah lounges. For starters the ONE ventilation system used to pull the lingering smoke up is very weak. I can't taste my own hookah, but what I do taste is cigarette smoke from the other customers inside the lounge. I'm pretty sure it's against Illinois law to smoke in any place of business, unless this place has special privileges, which I DOUBT!!!! Later my wife and I received our cups of their "world famous tea" and let me just say it looked like a cup of colored water with no flavor at all. I guess they ran short on tea leaves or something. We were ready to leave but couldn't find a server to get us our bill. btw there were only 2 people working the in whole entire place. I walked up to the register to pay so we could leave this dreadful environment, I greeted the "waitress/server/register person/ mngr" or whatever her title maybe, Didn't even get a hello or Thank you but she was real quick to Take my $30 dollars. This place wasn't worth $30 at all in my opinion. It's WAY over priced and I feel they take advantage of new customers, they don't have prices on the menu for hookahs, it seems as they make them up as they go along. I do not recommend anyone to go here. If you want a real Hookah Lounge and not some whole in the wall that's trying to nickel and dime you to death, then go to HUBBLE HOOKAH it's only 1 mile away.

***update! Please read!*** Original review: As I'm sitting here right now I've been waiting for my hookah for the past half hour. This place isn't super busy and setting up a hookah doesn't take that long (speaking from experience) so I don't understand what's taking so long. It also doesn't help that the lady working here is pretty rude. No customer service skills at all. I advise you to try "my hookah cafe" much better service and way more organized in terms of menu. Update: The person nahrain a. Is affiliated with this businesses so her review should be disregarded. She sent me messages harassing me to take my review off of her business. She posted a review at 1 in the afternoon on a Friday and posted 5 different hookahs in her pictures. Who orders 5 hookahs in one sitting for the first time they go to a place. very fishy! I usually wouldn't worry about someone's opinion about my review but since she went as far as harassing me I have to expose the false review and show you how they treat customers. I added a picture of her message to me as proof but note that she thinks I am a different problem customer but she is wrong.

Zero stars for this place, One of the worst places to go. The host and the sever are cheaters, We were charged $99 for cover charge on night when there AC wasn't working and literally there was no crowd inside. When we question they simply wanted to call cops. Go to fumare or kush, many other good places to hangout, don't go to these A holes.

Ordered hookah @ 11pm and now it's dead @ 12pm. Charges 35$ on the weekend and says that you need a new hookah head after 1hr. ridiculous and complete scam to its customers. Would not recommend.... Hookah last hours and not just one hour. They're literally making 35$ a hr off of customers.

Worst experience ever Let me start with the fact that we were not even greeted when we entered. Secondly the person who came to seat us couldn't even read ids properly Then we were told to sit down. After a while. Another Asian lady came and said sorry we can't have u here Bc some are 18years old. I explained that we have been here before and last time we didn't have this issue. She said well last time was two years ago. I said no it was three weeks ago. She snapped and said you have to Leave and that her boss was there and she couldn't keep us! Super unprofessional! Disappointed for a friends gathering and embarrassed that I invited my fiends there and this happens! Train ur employees on customer service please!
