I have been to the FM location twice and got seated fairly quickly (pre Fall weather though) on both occasions. I am glad to have this location by me given the drive and long wait times at the original location. I go have gotten the tonkatsu (sub with chicken) on both visits and it's hit the crave spot. Their broth is still one of the better ones in my opinion.

For the longest time, I was so confused about this location because it was Palilgu prior just a few months ago.. I've heard about Ramen Wasabi but it never made my list being it was in Logan Square. Most ramen places don't have reservations and the wait is always so long so I was always on their site waiting or reservations to open. I actually don't think their reservations actually exist. Every day I walk past, it doesn't seem incredibly crowded but it is a smaller space. We didn't know what to eat for dinner so we decided to stop by on a Friday night at 7pm. For a table of two, there wasn't a wait and we got to choose if we wanted to sit at the bar or a table. There aren't many tables and if you have a party of more than 2, it will definitely be a longer wait. We shared the nogoya wings which to me the sauce was a little too sweet for my preference but the wings were very moist and juicy. I just wish it wasn't submerged in the sauce because it took away from the crispiness of the chicken. For my ramen, I had the spicy garlic and had a few bites of the Sapporo ramen! I couldn't really tell the difference between normal ramen broth and Sapporo but it sure was very umami! I enjoyed my ramen a lot with the fried garlic chips and the thin noodles. The broth was very rich and comforting. As for the chashu, it was thick cut with a good bit of fat. After trying a handful of ramen places in Chicago, we've come to the realization that Chicago does ramen with thick cut pork while in California, it's thin cut! I wonder why that is.. if anyone knows, please do share!! The meat was really tender and flavored well but a bit too thick cut for me. Egg was cooked too perfection but I wish it had more flavor. The only thing I didn't like about the bowl was the bamboo shoots. I love love love bamboo shoots but these had a weird sweet aftertaste that I wasn't a big fan of. Glad Fulton is opening more casual dining options and definitely can't go wrong with another ramen joint!

Did not have high expectations when I chose this ramen shop out of all the other ones on Yelp. My partner and I stopped by and were seated right away. We both ordered the tonkotsu ramen and wow, the flavor was excellent. It also came with all the toppings I would usually pay extra for (wood ear mushroom and bamboo shoot) at no extra charge. I skipped the pork in the ramen; it's much more lean than what I'm usually used to.

Forever my favorite ramen spot in the city! So happy there is one in Fulton! This was made super quick! I got the pork belly bao buns and the spicy garlic miso ramen. The bao buns were perfection. Everything went together really well and the bun was soft and perfect. The ramen is great! I added fish cake and highly recommend! Full or flavor, and it's not too salty! I love this spot so much!

Food: Delicious vegetarian ramen with seitan for extra protein! I added the egg to mine as well and it was very filling. The noodles were nice and thin and perfectly done. The broth was served very hot and was delicious! Be sure to get some chili oil on the side for extra spice and add on the garlic chips! Also tried the tofu bao buns which were sooo good! The tofu is cut up into small pieces and is the perfect balance between sweet and spicy. The lychee martini was ok- more on the sour side. Ambience: This location is fairly small and does not do reservations so it can be hard to find a spot during prime but we were lucky to grab a spot at the bar. Service: Was not happy with the service. Our waitress was inattentive and seemed to have an attitude.

Yay for moving to Fulton Market! One of my favorite areas to hang! I had seen that Ramen Wasabi is now in Fulton Market and told my friend and we had to go! We were greeted right away and got seated. It's cute inside. Our waitress was super friendly and very accommodating. My friend and I were so hungry. We ordered a couple of appetizers - the carpaccio and the pork belly and kimchi spring rolls. We loved both of them! It was delicious! I got my usual the spicy roasted garlic miso ramen. It was exactly how I remembered it. A HUGE plus for me was also the fact that my bowl of ramen came out pipping hot! Like as in you can see the steam from the broth still. I love that because it felt comforting with warm hot broth on a cold night. It was what we both needed for our souls that night. I can't wait to come back again.

Best ramen in Chicago, according to my boyfriend! I was hoping to try the Miso Bold and Spicy, but since it was out, I went with the Spicy Roasted Garlic Miso, while my boyfriend had the Vegan Tan Tan Men. Both were completely different in flavor, and we enjoyed them both. The Spicy Roasted Garlic Miso had a rich, deep broth, though the pork flavor was a bit strong for me. The Vegan Tan Tan Men was lighter but also very flavorful. We also ordered extra bamboo shoots and fried bean sprouts. Definitely a spot we'll be returning to.

This just opened up in Fulton market again and I was so sorry excited to learn that my favorite bao buns taste exactly how they used to! So flavorful and saucy! I was also impressed with the vegan ramen with the broth and the addition of seitan! Def add the garlic chips for a kick of flavor.

Definitely recommend the Sizzling Pork Belly and garlic rice. Was so flavorful but just a tiny bit salty, but overall so delicious. The ambiance in this place is so cozy and very chill. The only thing I would say about the place is - the music they played a was kind of loud, was a bit hard to talk to my friends across the table. And the service was top notch, Joe was so attentive, warm and kind. Will definitely come back!
