My son loves a trampoline place! I'm happy we finally have one in Chicago with parking! I have a toddler and appreciate the toddler sections that's safe for him to explore. There's lots of areas where he can play. They have so many party rooms and a big eating area. We will definitely be coming back!

The play area is nice. It is a newer place. However, it is under-staffed. Also, the check in process was too slow. The staff member doesn't know what to do.

I brought my daughter to their grand opening last weekend. We met up with a group of friends and all the kids had a good time! This place is great for kids 4-13, I'd say. It's HUGE! There's such a variety of things the kids can do. There's a soft play area for smaller kids, two big areas with trampolines, two pool-like areas with foam cubes inside, three slides, an inflatable jumpy area, zip line, obstacles courses and a basketball area. There's many spots for private parties. I think I saw two semi private party areas and then 3-4 private party rooms. There's also a food area that sells snacks. (See photo of menu) They offer membership packages and day passes. There's ample parking, but I can see how it can fill up quick. I'm sure we will be back many times!

2hrs of fun and independent play time for a very energetic toddler. The place is clean and easy to get too. Parking is free and they have food and refreshments. Getting a membership is actually a deal if you are a mom or dad that just want to relax on weekends and let your kids play and burn some energy off.

Skyzone is a great addition to the city for children, tweens and even young teens for entertainment . I took my 12 year old daughter and her friends this week to this new location and they loved it. This place appeals to a wide age range due to the open ended type of activities they offer. My daughter loved the trapeze swing and the fast drop slides. There are things to jump on, climb on, swing on- obstacle courses, bouncy sport courts to play dodge ball and basketball etc It's a great place to get your kid's energy out ( and great exercise ) . I'd say this place is ideal for kids ages 3-14. The operation needs some work- the lines were crazy long to pay get in. Be warned you must sign a waiver before you pay for tickets. This is noted, well... no where. They need to improve their signage. After waiting in line almost 30 minutes to buy tickets we got to the front only to be told the waivers had to be complete and we would wait in line again ( don't make the same mistake and do the waivers ahead of time so you will be all set). Lesson learned. A 90 minute jump will set you back 29$ a kid and then there is the 5$ mandatory sock each kid has to wear while on the equipment ( but you can bring back same pair for future visits ) . They have day passes for more money but I can't imagine a kid needing to spend more than 90 minutes there - it's tiring. Overall, while they need to work out the kinks with the lines, the facility is spacious and the activities are more creative and fun than your average jump park. For those reasons, I'm sure this was the first of many future trips to this location. Perfect activity for kids on a cold or rainy day.

They sell you on the membership for a few dollars more than the one time charge. The membership is a recurring charge which they tell you can cancel before it automatically charges in a month. I cancelled on the day one month later and they still charged my card. I disputed it and they refused to reverse the charges

I love this place! So fun to jump and get my energy out. The workers are quite serious though. I healed my inner child at this Sky Zone.

Be very careful before getting a membership. It is near impossible to cancel. And in my case, the employee at the park had a typo in my email address, so I never got any confirmation, when I tried to sign in to cancel it showed no memberships. This place scams you big time with the memberships. I'm sure it's their business model to just keep charging people and making it impossible to cancel.

This would have been a 5 star rating but this black male that works at front was so rude. We are a Hispanic family and he was getting frustrated because he couldn't understand my father and he kept repeating "Español" and clearly I was speaking English to him. He kept making faces and was giving us attitude. He then asked one of his team members to help us. I don't understand how people can be this rude. Please train your staff to be patience and show respect to others. Although we had an uncomfortable situation in the beginning, this other black women was so friendly with us - I can't remember her name. She was amazing and very friendly. We found a walkie talkie and gave it to her, she knows who she is!! We went sunday, May 25th for Memorial Day.
