Got quotes within minutes of each other. Went up about $30 at first then 24 minutes later it was $200 more. So I questioned that and the rep, David, became ignorant, hostile, and dismissive. Rather than work with me and honor their email or text message quotes, he dismissed me. Skyline doesn't keep their word and will change up terms and gouge prices for no reason whatsoever. If zero stars was an option.

Probably the worst business interaction I've ever had in regards to getting a chauffeur, not a way to treat potential clients! I called to get a Escalade with a chauffeur, I was sent a link to confirm my card by the guy which I did but the mobile website is out-dated and never registered on they're end. I was on the phone with the guy the whole time, he was making smirky comments. I finally tried to submit via desk-top and it worked. Then after I asked him if it all was confirmed (hence my trip is in 3 hours from the time we are talking to I am trying to make sure everything is confirmed because of the events I have taking place tonight). He texts me asking for a picture of my card info and my ID?????? And tells me they "deal with this kind of shit all the time"... first off what "shit"??? This was hands down the worst customer service ever experienced as I have been getting chauffeured for the past 3 years for both business and pleasure in multiple different states and countries. It felt like the guy really didn't give a shit wether he got payed or not, or wether I was a serious customer or not (which I was). Oh well, onto better companies... thankfully there were other companies able to accept my request with no hassle.. do NOT recommend.

I highly recommend Vlad and his team at Skyline Chicago Limo. We used his services in January and again just this past week. The communication with the driver was very clear, it was a smooth ride, he was punctual and very professional. The driver was awesome, extremely polite, courteous and well dressed. The Limo/SUV has a special plastic shield for Covid protection and everyone wore masks. The car was spotless and it was a stress free ride. Great experience both times. I will use them again when the opportunity presents itself.
