A slogan for this place: Fine sandwich, lackluster service. The lady making my sandwich was disinterested, could not articulate what she was saying, and was more interested in having a conversation with some other guy who was just hanging out in the restaurant.

I know, I know, Subways are like Gremlins you fed after midnight - spawning around everywhere. But hear me out. Here are the things I love about Subway in general: 1) Someone with gloves is forced to make my sammy in front of me. 2) Nutritional information is key when I want to watch the old waistline 3) The price! When I have only 3 bucks, I can still afford a Veggie Delight. 4) The bread. Not the best, but consistently tastes the same and is fresh. 5) Jared Fogle! I can't get enough of this awkward, shrinking, painfully average man. My obsession started in college and it is a little weird but I mean, good for him. An Average Joe (Jared) sending out a positive message - get a 6-incher for 6 grams of fat or less. I hear you Jared, loud and clear (and don't worry, I won't tell them you walked 3 miles to Subway from work and three miles back to work everyday at lunch. Wink, wink). Subway is SUCH a staple for me. I get my Jared on at least once a week. Subway is also key when I need to eat something fast that I won't feel guilty about. I guess one could say, Subway is my knight in shining armor. This location is for me, above average. They have an assembly line system at lunch time which makes my sandwich quest pretty painless. So shoot me for falling into the corporate scene of Subway. Jared and I will be laughing all the way to the scale. . .

The location convenient and they get through the lunchtime line pretty fast, which is the only reason it gets that second star. However, the service at this Subway leaves much to be desired. Coming out of the toaster, they mixed up my sandwich with the girl's behind me and we didn't realize it until after they'd put on some of the toppings (despite my asking "is this the ham" before the guy started to put the toppings on mine). Instead of remaking them, they tried to wipe off the toppings (which they put back into the little bins to use on someone else's sandwich) and just swap them. But there was sauce on one of them, which you really can't wipe off. They couldn't understand why I was insistent that they make us new sandwiches and were kind of rude about it. I tried really hard to stay polite and understanding, but it was tough. If you have food sensitivities or allergies, definitely do not go here!

So the office ordered from here today and I try to order the salads whenever we order from delis to attempt to be healthy. Subway is generally bottom of the barrel when it comes to putting together salads. Their sandwiches are better than the salads and their cookies are out of this world. Today, I ordered the buffalo chicken salad. It came with no lettuce but plenty of veggies which appeared wilted in many ways. I can honestly look past the lack of lettuce, but what I struggle to look past on is their selection of dressings. All of them are the typical low fat low calorie extremely high in sugar (hello carbs!!!!) options. I guess next time I am going to just get it sans dressing. I would recommend others to try specialty or potbelly for a nice chain deli salad or one of the many local mom and pops (can I get a Avanti!!!!).

This one time, at Subway, I was pretty sure I was in line with Kristin C., avowed Jared & Subway lover, but I was too chicken to say howdy-doo. Darn. Turned out it really WAS her! So this Subway gets 3.5 stars from me. While I must say that all the sandwiches I've ordered here are tasty treats, I cannot believe how disorganized their afternoon lunch rush is. I mean, they're like herding cattle in there. Last time I went, there was a huge line and the Sandwich Artists kept yelling to people all out of order to see how they wanted their sandwiches dressed. Which of course resulted in some people getting wrong orders or getting passed over entirely. Which resulted in major bitchiness from more than one patron (I myself was exempt from such rage). Sorry, Subway, you're just not Potbelly. Learn how to go in order before overwhelming yourself. Since the location is convenient and the sandwiches are cheap and tasty, my recommendation is to go either before the rush (11:30 is pretty good) or afterwards. Avoid the cattle prod at all costs!

Subway should be sued for false advertising. The stuff made here bears no resemblance to the sandwiches advertised by the NBA and NFL people on TV. Shameful. Stale bread and wilted veggies are the norm.

Got a Chicken Bacon Ranch at this location and got DEATHLY ill! I have never written a review like this..but after being sick for over 6 hours and having to take Phenegran to stop throwing up, I will NEVER return to this location. Who knows if I ever go to Subway again!

I don't have anything particularly bad to say. But it's Subway, there isn't much good to say either. I only go here becuase it's cheap and convenient. And that's the only reason you should find yourself here.

This place is bad. If you want to experience a poorly run "restaurant" with pissed off staff members and sandwiches that taste day-old, then come frollick at the subway on wells. They'll be happy to overcharge you after giving you the incorrect sandwich type and size. There's Goodwins a block away, go there and save yourself the hassle.
