Can I get a meatball sandwich?-No, sorry, we're out of meatballs. 'Ok I'll have an Italian on Italian Herb bread.'-Sorry, we're out of Italian herb. We have fresh wheat bread. Nice. So I finally get my sandwich on Italian. The bread is about a day old and turns to powder in my mouth. The worst sandwich ever. I had to stop her from putting american cheese on an Italian BMT. No discounts either. I was too tired and defeated to go back for a refund.

I actually think this is one of the cleanest and nicest subways in the city. They have flat screen TV's lots of open seating and the people that work there are always very friendly. Also they have a parking lot.

The food from subway is over all bad except the cookies. The chicken tastes very bland and looks like it's fake chicken. Something important that I don't understand is why this Subway doesn't have bathrooms for the customers but have some for the employees. The service is alright but the employees sometimes don't listen to you or don't understand what i'm saying, even when I explain it. They lie about the size of a sandwich. I would not return to this restaurant and if i did it would be for the cookies. I don't know if it's just me but I always feel like there's not enough room for everyone. I would not come back to this restaurant. I rate it 2 stars.

This is the worst Subway in Chicago. They do not rotate their veggies/meats... their sandwiches are not as good as the other places. I chalk it up to lazy staff. Lazy and awkward. Some people must be regulars or something to really give this place 5 stars. I however, knowing that this is Subway and not Scofflaw next door, do not expect a 5-star meal, just something cheap and filling. Why this Subway hasn't done this for me, I don't know. Their sandwich concoctions just do not please.

I eat at Subway subs several times a week. I do like this subway sub location very much. The people are great, I should say the employees are great and the restaurant is very clean. It doesn't hurt that it's 2 blocks from my house and I could walk there. But that is not why I am giving it a high rating. I like everything about this subway subs restaurant and the employees do not necessarily have to be friendly (for me to patrinize it), but they are at this location. I will continue to eat at this location and I highly recommend it to anyone who reads this review.

It is very weird for me to review a large chain like this, but this subway location goes above and beyond. It is always incredibly clean, friendly, and bright. Plus maybe I'm used to other subway locations and employees who always look like they would way rather be someplace else - BUT the staff at this location is very attentive and incredibly friendly. Imagine that... they understand their customer is important! Anyways this is the best location I've been to anywhere and because it is so convenient for me I will continue to exclusively go here until the end of time.

this is by far the best subway i've ever been to. it's clean, well-lit, and the televisions are a nice touch. but the five stars are mostly for the employees - they are ridiculously friendly and helpful! just one example - one time i was getting a meatball sub for my husband and a veggie sub for myself. after making the meatball sub, the guy actually asked me if i'd like him to change his gloves before he made my veggie sub - have you ever been asked that at any other subway??
