It looks like this Subway location is under new management. With the arrival of the new deli slicers at this and other Subways, the learning curve was no doubt steep, especially for a couple of weeks post-rollout. I give this location props for its adept handling of this new technology and friendly, efficient line management. This location also got in the Parmesan MVP vinaigrette, which is not always easy to come by. The freshly sliced deli meats and cheeses indeed take the quality of these sandwiches to the next level. Keep up the great work!

I absolutely hate giving any business a 1 star rating but in this case, I have no choice. I work nearby so it's easy to order a salad or sandwich for a quick and easy lunch. On every occasion, (4) I have encountered some sort of problem. The three times I ordered lunch, it arrived quickly and my Uber Eats delivery person was very nice. But each order, had something wrong. The first two times I found onions on my food. I happen to hate onions, So I picked them off, they leave a strong taste on the food and a strong odor on my fingertips that no amount of soap can remedy. My last order was a completely different sandwich. When I called the store, the woman on the phone told me I could order another sandwich at my own expense or call the corporate office. On one night, I called to order a salad at 9:40pm, to pick up as I left work. The young guy on the phone told me they were closed. I said the hours were posted that they were open until 10. He told me that it was incorrect and they close at 9:30pm. When I was on the phone trying to sort out the problem with the incorrect sandwich, I asked the lady what time they close. She told me 10pm I'm sorry but I just can't deal with this business anymore. I imagine the rent is high, given the location. When you are selling sandwiches to make your rent, I would suggest accuracy, honesty and customer service. There are 10 other Subway sandwich shops within a couple of minutes of this place. Stay away from this subway. The worker this evening (7/7/21) had messed up myself and another customer's order and had mixed up the meats on each sub. I had gone back in to explain that the incorrect meat was on my sub, but was met with belligerence, yelling, and and incredible effort on the employees part to tell me I was in the wrong and he didn't mess up the order. He called his manager and continued to imply that I was in the wrong when all I wanted was the correct sub. I hadn't asked for a refund. But the fact that he yelled at me in front of other customers left me in disbelief. It was so embarrassing and I have never been treated like this by a customer service professional in my life. I started crying and one of the customers attempted to help the situation. So I really appreciated that. But wow, any employee who is that awful towards a customer clearly shouldn't be working at the franchise. Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this subway. The franchise clearly hires the wrong types of employees and I was never met with an apology due to how I was treated.

The subway in Lakeshore East should be ashamed of the footling sandwich I was given. My mom likes to eat the foot long tuna sub and we ordered from here since her regular subway restaurants downtown are closed due to covid. This location is about five minutes from my apartment. The sandwich had all the condiments as requested but little tuna.. I moved all the vegetables out the way to find the tuna. In a foot long sandwich it was one tablespoon of tuna I measured it with a spoon. You all should be ashamed. Calls to the store to complain couldn't happen because no one ever answered the phone. I feel cheated & will never never never ever spend my money here again.

I realize it's not normal to review chain fast food places like Subway, but it seems like nobody else has reviewed this new location. It just seemed so sad... They do a great job as Subways go. The sandwiches are well made and they don't skimp on the ingredients. The staff has been pleasant and courteous every time I've been there. The other great thing about this particular Subway is that it's open 24 hours. That's a great convenience. The only thing missing from Subway at this point is that they don't deliver. I don't think any Subway delivers... They should, though. Easier said than done, I know.

I have not been to a subway in a few years. This is my complaint about subway. I went to this one and had a tuna sandwich mixed with veggies...Its pretty hard to mess that up :) which is why I got it. Most of them you can smell the vegetables when you are outside and the door is closed leading me to have this thought in my brain : "hey of I can smell it outside how fresh could it be"? This is for vegetables and not for pastries. I would gladly walk into a bakery because of the aromas. I think most people will. If I was going to be eating at Subway again it would be here. At least it's clean
