I AM SO UPSET. Thinking Sunday I would get myself a nice treat. On the app I got a nice $3.99 deal, I also had $2 in rewards. So in total I paid a little over $2. On google maps it said it was open, and my order went through. When I popped in... it was closed... by 9:42 even though google maps said it closed at 10pm. Next day I came in to say the issue. I just wanted either credit or the sandwich. The lady at the other end kept arguing saying it's impossible because they closed at 7 and it shouldn't take mobile orders. I showed her proof and still claims "it's impossible." I left in a fury. I'm not crying over a few bucks AND LOST CREDIT, I was just aggravated at the service.

Tucked away into this Shell station, I've found this subway to actually be respectable. The few times I've been here the employees were hiding in the back, but after they realized customers were standing at the counter waiting, they would peak out and serve us. There are a few Subways in the general area, but the others are not clean, especially the one on Elston and Fullerton. This Subway is very clean and I've never had a bad sandwich here. If you're in the mood for a cheap and delicious sandwich. Head to this location. You might have to wait 5-10 minutes for the employees to realize you are there, but trust me, it will be worth the wait.

Guy doesn't speak English and didn't understand anything we said. No cups for water and the quality of the sandwich wasn't anything close to good. I really like subway but this was by far the worst one ever. Never coming back here

Been here several times - I like this Subway. It's not a madhouse like some locations can be. The guys that work there are patient when making the sandwiches. There are a few tables (shared with the Dunkin Donuts adjacent to them) if you choose to sit and eat there. Late night weekends are certainly interesting - great people watching spot - but try to be sober to appreciate it. Location is clean (as it should be it was built from the ground up). I hope it stays this way. For now, I am definitely a returning customer.

Worst subway location ever!!! The employees there are super rude. Always rolling their eyes because I ask for extra tomatoes and extra mustard. This is the closest Subway that is walking distance from my job so unfortunately I have to come here for lunch quite often. I don't appreciate the customer service here. I am not asking them to go out of their way in preparing my sandwich nor am I making them do more work in preparing my sandwich. I really don't understand what is their issue with preparing my sandwich!!!
