I ordered a breakfast sandwich and went to pick it up before heading to the office. I was totally ok with waiting - I just wanted to pick it up as soon as it was ready. I was just standing around. The lady asked what I wanted so I walked up said I am waiting for an order I made online. She seemed angry and said my order isn't ready yet. I tried going back a couple weeks later. Same woman. Again, I ordered online, got there 10 minutes later, and was waiting around. Again, I was the only person in the whole store at that time. This time she snapped at me and said angrily that my order isn't ready yet, I have to give her time to make it. I didn't understand - was there a problem with me waiting inside the subway until my order was ready? there's no such problem if I ordered on an McDonalds app and went to the McDonalds before my order was ready. So why is it a problem with Subways? and I didn't pay for food only to get yelled at. It was the last time I ordered from any Subways. I 100% cut it out of my regular places that I went to during breakfast or lunch.

I would not suggest eating their. I had a terrible experience. I ordered online. My footlong was paid for, but there were glitches in the Subway app. I told the young man that the app had glitches he told me that wasn't his problem, and he refused to make my sandwich the way I requested. I then proceeded to ask for a Supervisor the other young man repeated what the first young man stated which was its not his problem that the app is having difficulty, and they were not going to make my sandwich the way I requested even though the sandwich was completely paid for. Another thing to keep in mind is that the sandwich was not already made, so it wasn't any inconvenience to make my sandwich to my specifications.

my friends and i went to this subway quite hungry and wanting to buy 6 sandwiches when we noticed the doors were locked. it was 10 o clock and the door said it didn't close until 12 and online said it doesn't close until 11. there were two employees in there staring at us and we asked them to unlock the door. one of them noticed and waved the other worker towards us to unlock the door but he refused. he continued to shake his head no and lose out on business AN HOUR before close. as a server, i understand closing early due to business, but the doors never locked until 15 minutes before our real closing time in case of potential customers. overall, i am quite disappointed and still hungry :/

I used to grab lunch here all the time. Based on something that happened last week, I am 100% finished with this location. The individual preparing the food for the customer in front of me actually sneezed directly into her hands, then resumed handling the food like nothing happened!!!! The customer walked out, and I quickly followed. Hopefully management sees this and reviews safe food handling protocols with all staff. I'd take off all stars, except I've only seen this happen once, so hopefully it's an isolated situation and not the norm.

Simply happy that a non-bar establishment is open 24/7 (1 of 2) in this area that is 1-2 blocks away from CTA Station. Organized but there were a few questionables -- slightly cluttered women's bathroom with spray graffiti on lighting ceiling cover, soda fountain water catcher or drainage was eeky.

Just came out of there. Service is bad. The gay needs to check his attitude before clocking in. He made my order wrong. I asked for jalapeños and got green peppers. It can't be that hard to do your job right? Seems no one working there wants to be there.

I had gone here because the location by me stopped carrying real mayonnaise... then I ask for regular mayonnaise on my sandwich, and without question he squirts light mayonnaise on my sandwich, as if it's a substitution that I asked for or was told about. If McDonald's gave everyone going through their drive through a Diet Coke when they ordered a Coke, without the customers' knowledge, they would be sued. The light version contains artificial ingredients not typically in the food ordered, some of which come from an oil refinery. How is substituting fake mayonnaise for real mayonnaise any different? It tastes completely different (subway light mayo has some gross ingredients, but also tastes watery), I'm not an idiot don't pretend I am please.

I live down the street from this Subway so it's very convenient and it's open 24/7. It's pretty crowded on the weekends because Millennium Park is right there. The workers are really nice and service is typically quick. It's the same as all Subways and sometimes they have good deals... I think right now you get free soup when it's rainy or snowy. Not sure if that's a normal deal with all the other subways.
