Do not use this company. The car never showed up for our trip to OHare. I contacted the dispatcher two times never received a call back and ended up having to make other arrangements barely making our flight now I'm fighting for a refund for a ride. I never took because the driver never showed up. Do not use this company!

Spoke with Hilda on the phone when I booked and she explained the cost of each trip and emailed everything to me the same day, When I arrived Bobbie was waiting in baggage claim he had already checked to see which carousel my bags would be at. The vehicle was clean comfortable. He also let me know that he would be my driver for the other trips and confirmed everything on the way to the hotel. Great people, great service. I will use them on my next trip to Chicago. Thanks for the great experience.

I was looking for a car service to drive me around for wedding photos. I didn't have a wedding party, so it was just the groom, myself and the 2 photographers. So many wedding limo services are big party buses for a wedding party with champagne and I didn't need all that. I found SUV Chicago Limo on Yelp and decided to go for it. Booking was very easy - I called and told them what I needed and when and where to meet, and they gave me a very reasonable price. They sent a confirmation email which was reassuring, since I was booking a couple months in advance. I later ended up needing to change the time slightly and it was no problem. Marco was our driver and he was just lovely. Courteous and professional, arrived promptly, was a good driver and patiently waited as we took our photos. I highly recommend this company!

I had to travel from downtown to O'Hare airport and i needed a quick ride. I found this company and booked a ride online. 2 hours later the driver was at the door. The car was clean and the ride was quick. I was busy doing some work on my laptop and the ride was comfortable, because the next moment i was at the airport. I found SUV Chicago Limo on the web and arranged a surprise party for my friends. It was five of us so there was enough of room for us in the fancy stretch i booked. We had a bootle of champagne as i requested and all of us had a great time during our ride to downtown. A friend of mine booked a limo from SuvChicagoLimo in order to pick me up from O'HARE after a long transatlantic flight. I was very tired but my driver was cheerful and very polite. After a short conversation i asked him to play some music that he likes but not a radio, something that he really likes. So he put on some '90s dance music which i really loved and which cheered me up. Thanks to the driver's good taste of music i felt much better and refreshed. Only because of that experience i'm gonna use this company's service anytime i need a professional ride in Chicago. And i already recommended it to most of my friends! :)
