TicketChest is a scam. I bought 2 tickets for the Friday Dec. 14th "4 Artists, 1 Cause" concert in New York City. When my sons showed up one of them couldn't get in because one of the tickets had already been sold. They had to buy another ticket from someone outside. I had to travel overseas, but when I called TicketChest the following week to get a refund, TicketChest said that the ticket was fine and implied that I was lying. I will never use this company again, and recommend nobody else does either.

I was very happy with ticket chest and their friendly service when I was looking for tickets to Jersey Boys before it ended. They also have great prices on tickets for pretty much any event in Chicago. I will defiantly check them out the next time I'm looking for a good deal and for sure my first stop when baseball kicks in.

The ticket chest is one block from Wrigley Field we bought some Cubs tickets from them last year. We picked up the tickets right before the game and the seats we got were great. The customer service was first-class and just recently I ordered Jersey Boys tickets from them. We are very happy with the ticket chest and will use them anytime we need tickets.

TicketChest.com screwed me.. I bought 2 Bears tickets, paid by credit card, but before i could pick them up, i get a call stating they sold them to someone else on Stubhub for a higher price. Awful company.

TicketChest is a horrendous company. One that shouldn't even be in business. They doubled the price of concert tickets online, stating that they had the best seats. Once I bought the tickets, I downloaded them and saw that the seats that had been advertised were not the ones that wound up on the tickets! I called customer service and the represenative said, "we're a ticket broker so your SOL". In my opinion, this really is a horrible company and I hope that anyone finds this review before going through with a purchase. If I had more time, I'd contact the BBB to complain, but I just want to forget about this experience all together.

I ordered Cubs tickets through Tick Pick and planned to pick them up about 7:30 or 7:45. I received an email saying that I needed to come pick up the tickets before game time which was 7:05. I couldn't make it that early due to getting out of a meeting at 7:15, so I called to try to find another solution. They were helpful to my situation and left the tickets at the bar downstairs. Thanks for working with me!
