I wish I could have tried the food. This is in the basement of a taco place. They're supposed to be open. No sign in the door that they're closed. I went into the taco place to go downstairs and was yelled at by the child behind the taco counter. We won't be back. I suggest you skip it and hit the better rated hot dog place down the street. That's what we did.

Love this spot. Great for a day-dog or rolling through with the crew before Violet Hour or after a show at The Point. They always treat me right, good people here.

I'm surprised this place doesn't have any reviews yet... unless it's brand new I would have thought this place would be pretty busy on fri / sat nights after a night out in wicker park! Anyway I didn't come after a boozy night out, I was in the area and wanted a quick bite where I could stay inside for a bit from the rain. Happened to walk past this unassuming place and spy the sign. It's just a door right next to flash tacos and goes downstairs into the basement. It's very clean and a nice little setup for a cheap hotdog / burger joint. There are only 3 tables of 4 so I expect it's more of a take away joint. I was the only one in there but I got my meal quick and fast. Although I'm a glutard and shouldn't be eating gluten, I can't pass up a Chicago dog. They have their version called the under dog which is the same but you can choose to have it boiled or charred and you can also add cheese. A Chicago dog and fries for $3.25 incl tax... you can't do much better than that! They also have a bunch of mexi dogs which look like they have interesting combinations as well as burgers and different fries. If you're up for a cheap snack this place is a good option!

This place bites! I can't believe they opened a "restaurant" on top of another failing "restaurant"! Both Underdog AND Flash taco have ROACHES, terrible food, OK service, the owner is always around trying make thing "better". Better close this place down and let someone with real restaurant experience open up shop. If I could, I would give this place a ZERO

Not a bad place for a quick bite. Right off the Damen Blue line, which is pretty convenient, and late hours for the bar crowd. I ordered one of their Mexi-Dogs, the Panchito, which is basically a taco/hot dog combo. I enjoyed it, and it was very reasonable priced. I would come again.

This place is a f****** joke. Ordered our food an hour and half ago and they are still waiting on the delivery man. So you mean to tell me my food has been sitting on the line for over thirty minutes and you have no idea where the delivery man is? The customer service woman was rude and unprofessional. I will never be ordering again.

There was such a big build up for this place. We got the Underdog and the polish. It was eeehh. I mean they had all of the ingredients but it wasn't anything amazing. Cash only by the way! They are in a good location but I wouldn't come back here.
